첨부하는 도면은 트레오닌, 글리신 및 이소로이신의 에스케리키아 콜리 ATCC 21530을 이용한 분해반응 수행시, 이들의 상대 몰농도를 나타내는 그래프이다. 도면내에서 -●-는 트레오닌(thr)의 상대몰농도, -△-는 트레오닌의 분해로 인해 생성된 글리신(Gly)의 상대 몰농도, …△…는 글리신(Gly)의 상대몰농도, 및-●-□-●는 이소로이신(Ile)의 상대 몰농도를 나타낸다.
Claims (5)
- L-트레오닌을 제조하는데 있어서, L-트레오닌을 생산할 수 있으며, 동시에 리팜피신, 리신, 메티오닌, 아스파르트산 및 호모세린중 최소한 1가지 물질에 대한 내성을 갖거나 또는 저하된 L-트레오닌 분해능을 갖는 에스케리키아(Escherichia) 속에 속하는 미생물을 배지에서 배양하여 배양액내에 L-트레오닌을 축적시킨 후, 그로부터 L-트레오닌을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-트레오닌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상술한 미생물이 에스케리키아 콜리(Escherichia coli)종에 속하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 L-트레오닌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상술한 미생물이 에스케리키아 콜리 H-4258(FERM BP-985), H-4435(FERM BP-1094), H-4436(FERM BP-1095), H-4225(FERM BP-1236), H-4226(FERM BP-1237) 또는 H-4257(FERM BP-984)임을 특징으로 하는 L-트레오닌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상술한 배양공정을 20-4℃에서 2-7일 동안 수행함을 특징으로 하는 L-트레오닌의 제조방법.
- FERM BP-985. FERM BP-1094. FERM BP-1095. FERM BP-1236, FERM BP-1237 및 FERM BP-984로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 확인 특성을 갖으며, 그의 배양물이 L-트레오닌 생산능을 갖는 미생물 에스케리키아 콜리의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
