Claims (12)
- 하기 일반식의 테이코플라닌-유사 유도체, 또는 그의 산 또는 염기와의 부가염상기 식 중, R은 6-메틸옥타노일 및 n-노나노일기이다.
- 약제로서 용도의 제1항에 의한 화합물.
- 제1항에 의한 화합물의 동물 성장 인자로서의 용도.
- 호기성 조건 하에, 20°및 40℃에서, 탄소, 질소 및 무기염류와 같은 동화할 수 있는 공급원을 함유하는 수용성 영양 배지 중에서 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티구스(Actinoplanes teichomyceticus) 균주를 배양시키고, 크로마토그라피에 의해 여과된 발효 육즙에서 상기 2가지 생성물을 조 단리물의 기타 성분과 분리시킴으로 되는, 제1항에 의한 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티쿠스 균주가 제1항에 의한 화합물을 생성할 수 있는 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티쿠스 ATCC 53649 또는 그의 돌연변이체 또는 변종인 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 여과된 발효 육즙에서 얻은 조 단리물은, 여과된 발효 육즙을 pH 7 및 8에서 고정시킨 D-알라닌-D-알라닌 친화 매트릭스와 접촉시키고, 매트릭스를 pH 9 및 11에서 수용성 염기로 용출시키고, 제1항에 의한 테이코플라닌-유사 화합물의 실행가능량을 함유하는 분획물을 모으고, 모은 분획물을 한외 여과하여 농축시킨 후, 농축물을 동결 건조시켜 얻은 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 여과된 발효 육즙에서 제1항의 화합물을 조 단리물의 기타 성분과 분리시키는 방법이 이동상으로서 암모늄 포르메이트 수용액; 아세토니트릴 혼합물의 선형단계 구배 혼합물을 사용하여 반-예비 HPLC함으로써 행하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이동상으로서 사용되는 혼합물이 0.02M 암모늄 포르메이트/아세토니트릴 95:5 및 0.02M 암모늄 포르메이트/아세토니트릴 25:75인 방법.
- 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티쿠스(Actinoplanes teichomyceticus)ATCC 53649.
- 제1항에 의한 화합물을 회수가능한 양으로 생성할 수 있는 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티쿠스 ATCC 53649 균주 또는 그의 돌연변이체 또는 변종의 생물학적 순수 배양액.
- 항생 물질로서 사용하기 위한 의약품 제조에 있어서, 제1항에 의한 화합물의 용도.
- 제1항에 의한 화합물과 제약상 허용되는 담체의 혼합물로 되는 제약 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
