Claims (19)

  1. 강의 열연대판 제품을 열처리가공적으로 압연하여 조정된 현미경 조직으로 하는 방법에 있어서, 대판을 A3보다도 높은 온도로 최종압연 스탠트에서 분리하는 공정과, 상기 대판을 제1의 냉각수단에 의하여 A3보다 낮은 온도까지 냉각하는 공정과, 대판을 보온장치의 가운데에서 권취하는 공정과, 대판을 보온장치의 가운데에서 A1및 A3온도의 사이에 유지하여 오우스테나이트중의 페라이트 입자의 핵생성 및 성장을 촉진하는 공정과, 대판을 보온장치의 밖으로 해연(解延)하는 공정과, 보온장치에서 나온 상기 대판을 제2의 냉각수단으로 냉각하여 결정입의 성장 및 탄화물의 입대화를 최소한으로 억제하는 공정을 순차로 포함한 방법.
  2. 제1항 기재의 방법으로서, 공정(F)의 대판을 약 149℃(300℉)이하까지 급속히 냉각하는 공정과, 상기 급속히 냉각된 대판을 인라인적으로 조질압연(調質壓延)하는 공정을 포함한 방법.
  3. 강의 열연대판 제품을 열처리 가공적으로 압연하여 조정된 현미경조직으로 하는 방법에 있어서, 반전압연기를 사용하여 표준적인 변형 스케주울로 A3보다도 실질적으로 높은 온도에 있어서 최후로부터 두번째의 패스를 통하는 열간반전 방식으로 대판제품을 압연하는 공정과, 대판을 A3보다도 약10℃(50℉)높은 온도까지 런아우트 테이블상에서 냉각하는 공정과, 대판을 보온장치의 가운데에서 냉각하여 온도를 균일하게 하는 공정과, 대판의 최종압연을 행하는 공정과, 대판을 런아우트 테이블상에서 냉각하는 공정을 순차로 포함한 방법.
  4. 제3항 기재의 방법으로서, 최종변형후의 대판을 약 593℃(1100℉)까지 런아우트 테이블상에서 냉각하는 공정과, 대판을 보온장치의 가운데에서 권치하는 공정과, 런아우트 테이블상에서의 냉각에 앞서 대판을 보온장치의 가운데에 보지하는 것에 의하여 온도를 균일하게 하는 공정을 포함한 방법.
  5. 제3항 기재의 방법으로서, 최종변형후의 대판을 열간반전압연기 권취기의 하나의 가운데에 보지하는 공정과, 대판을 런아우트 테이블상에서 급속히 냉각하는 공정을 포함한 방법.
  6. 제5항 기재의 방법으로서, 대판을 약 149℃(300℉)까지 급속히 냉각하는 공정과, 대판을 인라인적으로 조질압연하는 공정을 포함한 방법.
  7. 제3항 기재의 방법으로서, 대판을 실질적 변형에 의하여 최종압연하는 공정과 대판을 보온장치의 가운데에 보지하여 재결정을 촉진하는 공정을 포함한 방법.
  8. 제7항의 기재의 방법으로서, 대판을 약 149℃(300℉)까지 급속히 냉각하는 공정과, 대판을 인라인적으로 조질압연하는 공정을 포함한 방법
  9. 최종압연스탠드 및 그 하류층의 런아우트 냉각수단을 포함한 슬라브를 열연대판에 압연하는 호트스트립밀에 있어서, 열연대판의 권치 및 해연(解延)을 행할 수가 있는 보온장치를 런아우트 냉각수단의 중간에 배설하여, 보온장치의 상측에 제1의 냉각수단을 보온장치의 하측에 제2의 냉각수단을 형성하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 호트스트립밀.
  10. 제9항의 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 보온장치에 열입력을 공급하도록 보온장치의 관련시킨 가열수단을 포함한 물건.
  11. 제9항의 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 보온장치에 불활성가스, 산화성가스 및 환원성가스의 하나를 공급하도록 보온장치와 관련시킨 가스도입수단을 포함한 물건.
  12. 제9항 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 제2의 런아우트 냉각수단의 하측에 배치된 조질압연기 및 슬릿터의 적어도 일방을 포함한 물건.
  13. 제12항 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 조질압연기 및 슬릿터의 적어도 일방의 하측에 배치된 권취기를 포함한 물건.
  14. 제9항 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 호트스트립밀의 최종압연스탠드는 열간반전압연기를 포함한 물건.
  15. 제14항 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 열간반전 스탠드의 상측 및 하측에 배치된 권취기를 포함하고, 상기 하측권취기는 제1의 냉각수단의 상측에 있는 물건.
  16. 제15항 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 제2의 냉각수단의 하측에 배치된 권취 및 해연을 행할 수가 있는 제2의 보온장치를 포함한 물건.
  17. 제16항 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 제2의 보온장치의 하측에 제3의 냉각수단을 포함한 물건.
  18. 제17항의 기재의 호트스트립밀로서, 제3의 냉각수단의 하측에 배치된 조질압연기 및 슬릿터의 적어도 일방을 포함한 물건.
  19. 양측으로 권취기를 지니고 최종압연패스를 행하고저 배치된 열간반전압연기와, 열간반전압연기의 하측에 있어 제1 및 제2의 냉각수단을 포함한 런아우트 테이블과, 열간반전 압연기에서 대판을 수취하여 권취하는 것 및 대판을 반대방향으로 권취할 수가 있는 보온장치를 포함하고, 상기 보온장치를 제1 및 제2의 냉각수단의 중간에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 호트스트립밀.
