Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento de temple y revenido de productos de acero laminados, en el que se somete el producto laminado, desde su salida de la caja acabadora del laminador, a un enfriamiento apropiado por medio de fluido, de tal modo que se realiza un temple martensítico y/o bainítico de la capa superficial de todo o parte del producto, permaneciendo la parte no templada del producto laminado a una temperatura suficiente para permitir, en el curso de una permanencia posterior al aire, realizar un revenido de la capa superficial de martensita y/o de bainita, caracterizado porque se escoge como punto de convergencia de la temperatura de la superficie después del revenido y de la temperatura del núcleo en curso de enfriamiento, una temperatura comprendida entre 600ºC y 730ºC.
