Claims (8)

  1. 산소분자 포함가스로 사이클로헥산을 산화하여 사이클로헥실하이드로퍼록사이드가 함유된 산화 혼합물을 생성하고, 이 산화 혼합물을 알칼리에탈하이드록사이드 수용액 존재하에서 금속염으로 처리하여 사이클로헥실 하이드로 퍼록사이드를 분해함으로써 사이클로헥사놀과 사이클로헥사논을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 산화 혼합물의 처리가 70°∼115℃의 온도에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 사이클로헥사놀및 사이클로헥사논의 제조방법.
  2. 상기의 산화반응이 역류 컬럼에서 일어남을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  3. 상기 산화 혼합물의 처리에 쓰이는 알칼리 메탈하이드록사이드의 양은 상기 분해 즉 수상안의 OH+농도가 0.01N이하로 되도록함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제2항에 따른 방법.
  4. 교반 탱크 반응기 내의 산화 혼합물 처리에 쓰이는 알칼리에탈하이드록사이드의 양은 분해 후 수상안의 OH-농도가 1∼1.8N이 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 제1항에 따른 방법.
  5. 산화 혼합물 처리에 쓰이는 금속염은 코발트 또는 크롬염임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 제1∼4항에 따른 방법.
  6. 사용되는 금속염의 양이 수상에 관한 금속환산으로 중량의 1∼200ppm임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범의 제1∼5항에 따른 방법.
  7. 산화 혼합물의 처리시 냉각환유 또는 산화 혼합물의 냉각에 의해 바람직한 온도가 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1∼6항에 따른 방법.
  8. 생성된 유기상 1ℓ당 0.01∼0.5ℓ의 수상이 적용됨으로써 산화 혼합물의 처리가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1∼7항에 따른 방법.
