Claims (4)

  1. 페놀과 알칼리금속 수산화물을 반응시켜 생성된 알칼리금속 페놀레이트를 이산화탄소 가스와 반응시키고, 얻어진 반응 생성물을 물에 용해시킨후, 이 수용액에 무기산을 가하여 산성화시켜서 하이드록시 안식향산을 석출시키고, 이 석출된 하이드록시안식향산을 모액으로부터 분리한 다음, (A) 산성화된 모액을, (a) 모액을 탈수시킨후, 소성시키는 처리, (b) 모액내로 염화수소가스를 불어넣는 것에 의한 염색처리, (C) 역삼투처리로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 한 종류의 처리를 수행하여, 상기의 모액중에 함유되어 있는 것을 알칼리금속염을 분리시키고, (B) 상기의 알칼리금속염을 전기분해시켜서 알칼리금속 수산화물을 생성시킨 다음, (C) 상기의 알칼리금속 수산화물을 회수하고, 회수된 알칼리금속 수산화물을 페놀과의 반응에 사용하는 것으로 이루어지는 하이드록시 안식향산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수산화물이 수산화칼륨인 하이드록시 안식향산으 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기산이 염산인, 하이드록시 안식향산의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속염의 전기분해가 이온 교환막을 사용하여 수행되는 하이드록시 안식향산의 제조방법.
