제1도 및 2도는 중합 반응기의 수직 단면도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 수용성 코우팅 용액의 분무후 반응기 내에 증기의 주입 및 응축조작을 효과적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 상기의 반응기 내에 수용성 코우팅 용액을 분무하는 중합 반응기의 처리를 위한 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 코우팅 용액이 소나무로 부터 추출된 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 코우팅 용액이 소나무로 부터 추출된 수지를 1~10%(중량부), 바람직하게는 2~5%(중량부), 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 반응기 내에 분무되는 수용성 코우팅 용액의 양이, 상이 반응기의 내부표면적 ㎡당 소나무에서 추출된 수지가 0.2~2g인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 코우팅 용액이 수정된 로진을 포함하는 공정.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수정된 로진이 말레산 무수물로 수정된 로진, 푸말산으로 수정된 로진, 경화로진, 부동변화 로진 및 중합된 로진에 의해 형성된 군으로 부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 수용성 코우팅 수정된 로진을 1~10%(중량부), 바람직하게는 2~5%(중량부) 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  8. 제5~7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반응기 내에 분무되는 수용성 코우팅 용액의 양이, 반응기의 내부 표면적 ㎡당 수정된 로진이 0.2~2g인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내에 수용성 코우팅 용액의 분무조작이 공급 회로에 연결된 하나 이상의 완전 원뿔형 노즐에 의해 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 노즐로의 수용성 코우팅 용액의 공급이, 펌프를 사용하여 상기 회로를 통한 상기 용액을 추진함으로써 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 노즐로의 수용성 코우팅 용액의 공급이, 수용성 코우팅 용액에 대해 불활성인 추진유체를 사용하여 상기 회로를 통한 상기 용액을 추진함으로써 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 추진유체가 공기, 질소 및 증기에 의해 형성된 군으로 부터 선택된 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  13. 제1~12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기 내에 수용성 코우팅 용액의 분무조작이 압력 1~5바아에서 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1~13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 코우팅 용액의 분무 조작후, 반응기내 증기의 주입조작이 압력 1~5바아에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  15. 제1~14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 코우팅 용액의 분무 조작 후, 반응기내 응축증기의 양이 반응기 내부 표면적 ㎡당 15~35g인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  16. 제1~15항중 어느 한항에 따른 공정에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 반응기.
