Claims (7)
- α, β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 수용액으로부터 중합체를 제조함에 있어, 이 단량체 수용액과 불활성 가스의 어느 한쪽의 유체의 흐름 중에 이 흐름과 같은 방향으로 다른 하나의 유체를 노즐로부터 분사함으로써 이 단량체 수용액과 이 불활성 가스를 접촉 시켜 실질적으로 용해된 산소를 제거한 단량체 수용액을 중합에 제공함을 특징으로 하는 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일방의 유체의 흐름 중에 분출되는 유체의 노즐 최협부에 있어의 분사속도가 적어도 1,000의 레이놀드 수에 상당한 방법.
- 제2항에 있어, 단량체 수용액 공급량에 대한 불활성 가스공급량의 비가 용량비로 0.1~10인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 일방의 유체의 흐름 중에 타방의 유체를 노즐로부터 분출 시켜서 단량체 수용액과 불활성 가스를 접촉 시키는데 아스피레이터가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 일방의 유체의 흐름 중에 타방의 유체를 노즐로부터 분출 시켜서 단량체 수용액과 불활성 가스를 접촉 시키는데 분출기가 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어, 불활성 가스는 질소, 이산화탄소, 메탄과 에탄으로된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 가스인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어 α, β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 수용액으로부터 중합체를 제조함에 있어, 중합체가 가교된 중합체인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
