Claims (26)
- 상승된 온도에서 열주기산화의 표면산화에 대하여 저항성을 가지며 점착성의 조직화된 산화알루늄표면의 형성에 적합한 열간가공성의 스텐레스강철합금에 있어서, 이 합금이 중량에 대하여 8.0-25.0%의 크롬, 3.0-8.0%의 알루미늄 및, 세륨, 란탄, 네오디미움 및 프라세오듐으로 구성된 희토류원소로부터 선택되고 총희토류 원소가 0.060%까지 첨가될 수 있는 적어도 0.002%에서 0.05%까지의 희토륨첨가물, 4.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.06%-1.0%의 망간과, 0.050% 이하의 카본, 0.050% 이하의 질소, 0.020% 이하의 산소, 0.040% 이하의 인, 0.030% 이하의 유황, 0.50% 이하의 인, 1.0% 이하의 닉켈, 그리고 합하여 0.005% 이하의 칼슘의 표준제강불순물과 나머지량의 철로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서의 양까지 첨가되는 지르코늄첨가물로 안정화된 합금.
- 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 안정화와 고온크리이프강도를 위하여까지의 니오븀을 포함하는 합금.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 희토류첨가물이 세륨과 란탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 바의 합금.
- 청구범위 1 또는 4항에 있어서, 세륨 또는 란탄의 최소총량이 다음식으로 표시되는 바와 같이 크롬의 함량에 비례하는 바의 합금.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서, 알루미늄의 최소량에 다음식으로 표시되는 바와 같이 크롬함량에 기초를 두고 있는 바의 합금.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 3%까지의 실리콘을 함유하는 합금.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 약 0.10-0.50%까지의 망간을 함유하는 합금.

- 청구범위 9항에 있어서의 양까지 첨가되는 지르코늄첨가물로 안정화된 합금.
- 청구범위 9 또는 10항에 있어서, 안정화와 고온크리이프강도를 위하여%까지의 니오븀을 포함하는 합금.
- 점착성의 조직화된 산화알루미늄표면을 갖는 열간가공성의 스텐레스강철합금으로 구성되고, 상기 합금이 고온에서 열주기산화와 표면화산에 대하여 저항성인 산화저항성 촉매기질에 있어서, 상기합금이 중량에 대하여 8.0-25.0%의 크롬, 3.0-8.0%의 알루미늄, 세륨, 란탄, 네오디뮴 및 프레세오디미움으로 구성되고 0.060%까지의 총량이 첨가되는 적어도 0.002%-0.050%의 희토류첨가물, 4.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.06-1.0%의 망간과, 0.050% 이하의 탄소, 0.050% 이하의 질소, 0.020% 이하의 산소, 0.040% 이하의 인, 0.030% 이하의 유황, 0.50% 이하의 동, 1.0% 이하의 닉켈 및, 합하여 0.005% 이하의 칼슘과 마그네슘의 표준제강불순물과, 나머지량의 철로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매기질.
