Claims (26)

  1. 상승된 온도에서 열주기산화의 표면산화에 대하여 저항성을 가지며 점착성의 조직화된 산화알루늄표면의 형성에 적합한 열간가공성의 스텐레스강철합금에 있어서, 이 합금이 중량에 대하여 8.0-25.0%의 크롬, 3.0-8.0%의 알루미늄 및, 세륨, 란탄, 네오디미움 및 프라세오듐으로 구성된 희토류원소로부터 선택되고 총희토류 원소가 0.060%까지 첨가될 수 있는 적어도 0.002%에서 0.05%까지의 희토륨첨가물, 4.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.06%-1.0%의 망간과, 0.050% 이하의 카본, 0.050% 이하의 질소, 0.020% 이하의 산소, 0.040% 이하의 인, 0.030% 이하의 유황, 0.50% 이하의 인, 1.0% 이하의 닉켈, 그리고 합하여 0.005% 이하의 칼슘의 표준제강불순물과 나머지량의 철로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 합금.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서의 양까지 첨가되는 지르코늄첨가물로 안정화된 합금.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 안정화와 고온크리이프강도를 위하여까지의 니오븀을 포함하는 합금.
  4. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 희토류첨가물이 세륨과 란탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 바의 합금.
  5. 청구범위 1 또는 4항에 있어서, 세륨 또는 란탄의 최소총량이 다음식으로 표시되는 바와 같이 크롬의 함량에 비례하는 바의 합금.
  6. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 알루미늄의 최소량에 다음식으로 표시되는 바와 같이 크롬함량에 기초를 두고 있는 바의 합금.
  7. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 3%까지의 실리콘을 함유하는 합금.
  8. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 약 0.10-0.50%까지의 망간을 함유하는 합금.
  9. 상승된 온도에서 알주기산화와 표면산화에 대하여 저항성을 가지며 점착성의 조직화된 산화알루미늄표면의 형성의 적합한 열간가공성의 스텐레스강철합금에 있어서, 이 합금이 중량에 대하여 12.0-23.0%의 크롬,의 알루미늄, 세륨 및 란탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되고 총량이 0.050%까지 첨가될 수 있는 적어도 [%Cr/2200]%의 희토류첨가물, 3.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.10-0.50%의 망간과, 0.030% 이하의 카본, 0.030% 이하의 질소, 0.010%의 산소, 0.030% 이하의 인, 0.020% 이하의 유황, 0.4% 이하의 동, 0.4% 이하의 닉켈 및 합하여 0.003% 이하의 칼슘과 마그네슘의 표준제강불순물과, 나머지 량의 철로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 합금.
  10. 청구범위 9항에 있어서의 양까지 첨가되는 지르코늄첨가물로 안정화된 합금.
  11. 청구범위 9 또는 10항에 있어서, 안정화와 고온크리이프강도를 위하여%까지의 니오븀을 포함하는 합금.
  12. 점착성의 조직화된 산화알루미늄표면을 갖는 열간가공성의 스텐레스강철합금으로 구성되고, 상기 합금이 고온에서 열주기산화와 표면화산에 대하여 저항성인 산화저항성 촉매기질에 있어서, 상기합금이 중량에 대하여 8.0-25.0%의 크롬, 3.0-8.0%의 알루미늄, 세륨, 란탄, 네오디뮴 및 프레세오디미움으로 구성되고 0.060%까지의 총량이 첨가되는 적어도 0.002%-0.050%의 희토류첨가물, 4.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.06-1.0%의 망간과, 0.050% 이하의 탄소, 0.050% 이하의 질소, 0.020% 이하의 산소, 0.040% 이하의 인, 0.030% 이하의 유황, 0.50% 이하의 동, 1.0% 이하의 닉켈 및, 합하여 0.005% 이하의 칼슘과 마그네슘의 표준제강불순물과, 나머지량의 철로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매기질.
  13. 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 강철이까지 지르코늄을 첨가하여 안정화되는 바의 기질.
  14. 청구범위 12 또는 13항에 있어서, 강철이 안정화와 고온 크리이프 강도를 위하여 용융조성물중에 93까지의 니오븀첨가물을 포함하는 바의 기질.
  15. 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 희토류첨가물이 세륨과 란탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 바의 기질.
  16. 청구범위 12 또는 15항에 있어서, 세륨 또는 란탄의 최소총량이 다음식으로 표시되는 크롬함량에 비례하는 바의 기질.
  17. 청구범위 12 또는 16항에 있어서, 알루미늄의 최소량이 다음식으로 표시되는 크롬함량에 기초를 두는 바의 기질.
  18. 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 3%까지의 실리콘을 함유하는 기질.
  19. 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 약 0.10-0.50%의 망간을 함유하는 기질.

  24. 열주기산화에 대하여 저항성이고 상승된 온도에서 표면산화에 대하여 조직화된 산화 알루미늄표면저항성을 갖는 열간가공성 스텐레스강철의 제조방법에 있어서, 중량에 대하여 8.0-25.0%의 크롬 3.0-8.0%의 알루미늄, 세륨, 란탄, 네오디미움과 프라세오 디에으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되고 총량이 0.060%까지 첨가되는 0.002%-0.05%의 희토류첨가물, 4.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.06-1.0%의 망간 및, 0.050% 이하의 탄소, 0.050% 이하의 질소, 0.020% 이하의 산소, 0.040% 이하의 인, 0.030% 이하의 유황, 0.50% 이하의 동, 1.0% 이하의 닉켈, 합하여 0.005% 이하의 칼슘과 마그네슘의 표준제강불순물과 나머지량의 철로응융물을 조성하고 이 응융물로부터 스텐레스강철제품을 제조하며, 점착성의 조직화된 산화알루미늄 표면을 형성하기 위하여 강철제품을 처리함을 특징으로 하는 열간가공성 스텐레스강철제품의 제조방법.
  25. 청구범위 24항에 있어서, 강철이 응융조성물에의 양까지 지르코늄을 첨가하여 안정화되는 바의 방법.
  26. 청구범위 24 또는 25항에 있어서, 강철이 응융조성물에의 양까지 니오븀첨가물을 포함하는 바의 방법.
