Claims (9)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 N-(2-할로 겐-3-피리디닐)-4-아미노-1H-피라졸-5-카복스 아미드를 80내지 200℃, 유기용매 중에서, 임의로 촉매량의 무기산 존재하에 폐환시키고, 필요한 경우 R1는 후술하는 바와 같고 R4은 수소원자인 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 알킬화시켜 R4가 후술하는 바와같고 R1이 탄
  2. 소수 1내지 6의 알킬그룹인 상응하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시키거나, 또는 R1이 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬그룹이고, R4가 수소원자인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 알킬화시켜 R1이 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬그룹이고, R4가 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬그룹인 상응하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시키거나, 또는 R1및 R4가 각각 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 알킬화시켜 R1및 R4가 각각 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬그룹인 상응하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 1,4,9,10-테트라하이드로-피라졸로〔4,3-e〕피리도〔3,2-b〕〔1,4〕디아제핀-10-온을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 상기식에서,
  4. R1은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬그룹이고,
  5. R2는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬그룹이고,
  6. R3는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬그룹이고,
  7. R4는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬그룹이다.
