Claims (10)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 카복실산 또는 그의 반응성 작용 유도체와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ib)의 화합물을 저급알카노일 그룹을 생성하는 시약으로 아실화시키거나, Z로 나타낸 보호그룹을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물로부터 제거시키고 필요시, 수득한 디아스테레오 이성체 혼합물을 상응하는 라세메이트로 분리시키고 및/또는 필요시, R1이 수소이고 및/또는 R3가 염기성그룹인 수득한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 라세메이트를 광학적 대장체로 분할시키고 및/또는 필요시, 염기성인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피롤리딘 유도체 및 염기성인 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 저급알카노일이며, R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬이고, R3는 수소, 저급알킬 또는 일반식 -(CH2)n-NR4R5인 그룹이며, n은 2 내지 4의 정수이며, R4및 R5는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이거나, R4및 R5는 질소원자와 함께 하나 또는 두개의 저급알킬그룹으로 임의치환된 피롤리딘, 피페리딘, 피페라진 또는 몰폴린 그룹이고, R11은 수소 또는 저급알카노일이거나, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물중에 있는 R3가 수소이면 또한 암모니아로 분해될 수 있는 다른 그룹이며, Z는 보호그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R11은 수소 또는 저급알카노일인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고 R2가 수소이며 R3가 수소, 2-(디이소프로필아미노)에틸 또는 2-(2,6-디메틸-1-피페리디닐)에틸인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (R/S)-시스-N-[2-(2,6-디메틸-1-피페리디닐)에틸-2-(3-히드록시-2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (R/S)-2-(3-히드록시-2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (R)-시스-N-[2-(2,6-디메틸-1-피페리디닐)에틸]-2-(3-히드록시-2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (S)-시스-N-[2-(2,6-디메틸-1-피페리디닐)에틸]-2-(3-히드록시-2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (R)-2-(3-히드록시-2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (S)-2-(3-히드록시-2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드가 제조되는 방법.
