Claims (1)

  1. (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 N-히드록시메틸카복사미드와 반응시켜 수득되는 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 가수분해에 의해 아실기 R7-CO를 제거하거나, 또는 (b) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 포름알데히드의 존재하에 하기 일반식(V)의 아민과 반응시키거나, 또는 (c)하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(XVI)의 아민과 반응시켜 수득되는 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 필요에 따라서는 가수분해 또는 수소첨가분해에 의해 아민-보호기를 제거하거나, 또는 (d) 하기 일반식(XIV)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(XⅦ)의 아민과 반응시켜 수득되는 하기 일반식(XV)의 쉬프염기를 환원시켜 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수독한 다음; 필요에 따라서는 (a)내지 (d)의 방법들둥 하나의 방법에 의하여 수득되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-아미노메틸페놀 및 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 염의 제조방법.
    상기식들에 있어서, R는 수소 또는 탄소원자수 1 또는 2개의 알알을 나타내고 ; R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 8개의 알킬, 올소원자수 3내지 12개이고 8환원 이하의 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 2내지 8개의 알케닐 또는 탄소원자수 5내지 12개이고 8환원 이하의 시클로알케닐이며, 전술한 각각의 기들은 동일 또는 상이한 1또는 5개의 할로겐원자(들)에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, R2와 R4는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서, 수소, 할로겐, 탄소원자수 1 또는 2개의 알킬 또는 탄소원자수 1 또는 2개의 알콜시를 나타내며; R3는 할로겐, 탄소원자수 1내지 12개의 알킬, 또는 탄소원자수 3내지 12개이고 8환원이하의 시클로알킬을 나타내며; R5와 R6는 동일또는 상이한 것으로서, 수소, 탄소원자수 1내지 6개의 알킬, 탄소원자수 3내지 10개이고 8환원이하의 시클로알킬 또는 -[CH2]0-Ar[여기에서, 0은 1또는 2이고, -[CH2]0-쇄는 1 또는 2개의 (C1또는 C2)-알킬기로 치환될 수 있으며, Ar는 동일 또는 상이한 1또는 3개의 (C1또는 C2)-알킬, (C1또는 C2)-알콕시 또는 할로겐에 의해 임으로 치환되는 5- 또는 6-원 방향족 또는 복소방향족기임.]이며; n는 1 또는 2이며 R5와 R6및(또는) R2, R3및 R4중 2개의 기들은 또한 1또는 2개의 메틸기(들)에 의해 임으로 치환될 수 있는 -[CH2]m-쇄(m는 3내지 6임)를 또한 형성할 수가 있으며; R5와 R6의 경우는 또는 1 또는 2개의 산소원자, 황원자 및(또는)아미노기에 의해 차달될 수도 있으며; R7는 수소, 임의의 활로겐 치환된 탄소원자수 1내지 4개의 알킬 또는 탄소자수 6내지 10개의 아릴을 나타내며; Z는 이탈기를 나타내며; Y는 아민- 보호기 또는 상기에서 정의한 R5와 R6기들을 나타낸다(R6는 또한 아민-보호기일 수도 있음).
    단, 일반식(Ⅲ)에 있어서, R5는 수소 또는 탄소원자수 1내지 4개의 알킬기를 나타내며, R5와 기 COR7는 함께 0-프탈로일기를 나타내며, 일반식(V)에 있어서의 R5와 R6는 수소를 제외하고는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
