Claims (11)
- 하우징, 회전을 위해 하우징 속에 저어널된 구동입력축, 구동입력축과 평행한 회전을 위해 하우징속에 저어널된 구동출력축, 구동입력 및 구동출력축에 평행한 각각의 축주위의 회전을 위해 저어널된 최소한 2개의 보조축, 상기 보조축의 각각의 제1그룹의 기어와 각각의 보조축의 제2그룹의 기어, 각각의 보조축의 기어 사이의 구동전갈을 성립시키고 차단하는 보조축을 위한 클러치장치, 상기의 그룹의 보조축 기어중 하나와 결합하고 구동입력축 위헤 설치되는 최소한 하나의 입력기어및 구동출력축 위헤 설치되고 상기의 그룹의 보조축기어의 다른 것과 결합하는 최소한 하나의 출력기어로 구성되고 상기 클러치의 선택적인 결합 및 분리에 의해서 최소한 2개의 간격진 구동 변속비를 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 상기클러치 장치에 액체냉각제를 공급하는 액체냉각제 공급장치와 상기 클러치에 액체냉각제의 공겁을 제어하도록 제공되는 제어장치를 지니어 상기 클러치장치중 최소한 하나로의 냉각제 흐름이 클러치의 사용에 따라 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 청구범위 제1항에서, 상기액체 냉각수 공급장치를 위한 제어밸브가 최소한 상기의 하나의 클러치 장치로의 냉각수의 공급을 증가 또는 감소시키는 제어밸브를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 청구범위 제2항에서, 상기 클러치장치가 삽입구동입력 및 구동출력클러치 요소부의 조립체에 압축을 가하는 트러스트 장치를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 청구범위 제3항에서, 상기 기어박스가 각기 상응한 클러치장치를 지니는 최소한 2개의 보조축을 지니고 상기 밸브장치가 상기 기어박스의 최소한 2개의 낮은 구동변속비를 제공하는 2개의 클러치 장치에 오일을 제어공급하게 배치되며 제한기가 다른 클러치 장치로의 액체냉각제의 흐름에 일정한 제한을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 상기의 청구범위중 어느 한 항에서, 각각의 상기 보조축이 상기 냉각제 공급제어장치에 대해 보조축의 길이로 연장하는 냉각제 공급구멍을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 청구범위 제5항에서, 기어박스의 한단부의 상기액체 냉각제를 위한 인입구 장치가 상기 보조축속의 적어도 하나의 상기 냉각제 공급구명과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 청구범위 제6항에서, 상기 냉각제어장치가 보조축의 클러치 장치에 인접한 상기 보조축의 냉각제 공급구명의 다른 단부에 위치된 제어밸브의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스.
- 청구범위 1내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서 제어장치가 기어박스에 연결되고 기어박스에 의해서 제공되는 구동비를 변경시키며 상기 제어장치가 최소한 하나의 상기 클러치 장치가 부분적으로 결합되고 동시에 차량감속을 제공하도록 어떤 주어진 시간에서 구동을 위해 결합되는 조절을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어박스를 지니는 구동 변속기.
- 청구범위 제8항에서, 최소한 2개의 상기 클러치장치가 부분적으로 결합되고 동시에 상기 클러치장치가 구동목적을 위해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 변속기.
- 청구범위 8 또는 9항에서, 액체대액체 열교환기가 상기 주구동기의 냉각회로와 상기 클러치 장치의 액체냉각제 공급장치에 모두 연결되어 상기 클러치 장치속에서 발생된 열이 상기 주구동기의 냉각장치로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 구동기로부터 상기 휠로 구동을 전달시키도록 내연기관과 같은 주 구동기와 휠과 구동변속기를 지니는 차량.
- 청구범위 8또는 9항에서, 구동부의 변속비를 변경시키는 제어장치가 정지에서 차량을 시동하기 위한 기어박스의 구동변속비에 연결된 클러치장치가 주 구동기가 공전할때 차량의 구동휠에 약간의 전방구동을 제공하도록 약간 연결되는 조절을 지니어 차량의 후방구름이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동변속기를 지니는 차량.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
