Claims (8)
- 고체 담체 및 담체 상에 지지된 백금족 금속 또는 그의 염으로 이루어지는 촉매 존재하에서 일산화탄소와 아질산의 에스테르와의 기상촉매 반응에 의해 옥살산의 디에스테르를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 고체담체가 90m2/g이하의 비표면적을 갖는 알루미나 임을 특징으로 하는 개량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아질산이 에스테르는 아질산과 포화 1가의 지방족 알코올 및 지방족 고리 알코올로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 탄소수 1~8개의 알코올과의 에스테르 염을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나의 비표면적이 0.05~70m2/g임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 약 50℃~약 200℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 대기압 약 10kg/cm2G의 압력에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지된 백금족 금속의 양이 알루미나 담체의 중량에 대해, 금속으로, 0.01~10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비표면적이 90m2/g이하인 알루미나를 백금족 금속의 수용성염의 수용액에 함침시키고, 함침된 알루미나를 알칼리로 처리한 다음, 알칼리 처리물을 액상 또는 기상에서 환원시킴으로써 촉매가 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리가 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물, 탄산염 및 중탄산염 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
