Claims (4)

  1. 산화촉매의 존재하 및 수성 모노카복실 C2내지 C6지방족 산 용매 매질중에서 산소-함유기체를 사용하여 방향족 알킬 공급물을 액체상 발열 산화반응시키며, 여기에서 산화반응 도중에 생성된 열은 반응 매질과 물의 일부를 증기화시킴으로써 반응기로 부터 제거하고, 생성되는 증기는 산화반응기 외부의 환류루프에서 부분적으로 응축시켜 응축물과 기체상을 생성시키고 응축물의 적어도 일부는 산화반응기로 재순환시켜, 가압 산화반응기에서 방향족 카복실산 생성물을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 증기를 물-대-용매의 중량비가 비교적 작은 부분 응축물과 물-대-용매의 중량비가 비교적 큰 증기상으로 분배시키고;부분 응축물은 직접 환류 스트림으로서 산화 반응기로 직접 재순환시키고 ; 증기상은 증기 스트림으로서 환류 루프로부터 회수하며 ; 증기 스트림압력을 산화반응기 압력보다 낮게 감소시키면서, 회수된 증기 스트림을 추가로 열교환처리하여 물-대-용매의 중량비가 직접 환류 스트림의 경우에서 보다 더 큰 수성 지방족 산 스트림을 생성 시키고 ; 수성 지방족 산 스트림의 예정된 부분을 간접 재순환 스트림으로서의 산화반응기 상류의 방향족 알킬 공급물과 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 간접 재순환 스트림에 의해, 및 직접 환류 스트림에 의해 산화반응기로 재순환되는 물의 중량비율이 약 0.01 내지 약 0.15인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 간접 재순환 스트림에 의해, 및 직접 환류 스트림에 의해 산환반응기로 재순환되는 물의 중량비유리 약 0.02내지 약 0.06인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 간접 재순환 스트림에 의해, 및 직접 환류 스트림에 의해 산화반응기로 재순환되는 물의 중량비율이 약 0.04인 방법.
