제1도는 알킬 방향족 화합물의 액상 산화반응에 의해 방향족 카르복실산을 제조하기 위한 반응기를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 산화 반응기내에서 발생된 열을 반응기내에 존재하는 용매의 증발에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 제거하고 증발된 용매를 산화 반응기의 정상부에서 취출하여 오버헤드 콘덴서 시스템내에서 응축시키고 응축된 용매를 중력유동에 의해 산화 반응기로 재순환시키는데 있어서, 응축된 용매의 적어도 일부분을 오버헤드콘덴서 시스템으로부터 산화 반응기의 외부라인을 통해 산화 반응기의 기저부로 재순환시켜 언급된 응축용매의 일부가 재순환되는 반응기 위치와 오버헤드콘덴서 사이의 가용한 압력헤드를 최대화시킴을 특징으로하는, 승은 및 승압에서 산화반응촉매의 존재하에 산화반응기내의 용매중 산소함유 가스와 알킬 방향족 화합물과의 액상 발열 산화반응에 의한 방향족 카르복실산의 연속 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 방향족 카르복실산이 P-크실렌의 액상 산화반응에 의해 제조된 테레프탈산인방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 산화반응 촉매가 코발트, 망간 및 브롬 성분으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 용매가 약 0.5 내지 약 20중량%의 물을 함유하는 아세트산과 물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 반응기내의 온도가 약 120℃ 내지 약 230℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 반응기내의 절대 압력이 약 0 내지 약 35kg/㎠인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
