Claims (6)
- p-크실렌을 액상중에서 촉매반응으로 산화시켜, 4-카르복시벤즈알데히드를 주불순물로서 함유하는 조테레프탈산을 생성시키고, 255∼300℃, 수소분압이 0.5∼20kg/㎠인 10∼110kg/㎠의 압력하에서, 상기 조테레프탈산을 반응조중에서 수소촉매존재하에서 수소로 처리함으로써, 고정된 범위내 양의 4-카르복시벤즈알데히드를 함유하는 정제 테레프탈산을 정상상태로 제조하는 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 촉매실활이 반응조중 촉매일부를 새로운 것으로 교체하고, 다음, 상기 처리의 정상상태에서보다 대량의 4-카르복시벤즈알데히드를 함유하는 조테레프탈산을 상기 반응조중에 공급하여 조테레프탈산의 처리를 재개하고, 이 처리가 정상상태가 도달할때까지 테레프탈산을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실활된 촉매의 20∼70%를 새촉매로 교체하는 것이 특징인 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화촉매가, 입상 팔라듐 단지 활성탄인 것이 특징인 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법.
- p-크실렌을 액상중에서 촉매반응으로 산화시켜, 4-카르복시벤즈알데히드를 주불순물로서 함유하는 조테레프탈산을 생성시키고, 255∼300℃, 수소분압이 0.5∼20kg/㎠인 10∼100kg/㎠의 압력하에서, 상기 조테레프탈산을 반응조중에서 수소촉매존재하에서 수소로 처리함으로써, 고정된 범위내 양의 4-카르복시벤즈알데히드를 함유하는 정제 테레프탈산을 정상상태로 제조하는 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 촉매실활시 반응조중 촉매를 새것으로 일부 교체한 후, 상기 정상상태에서 보다 작은 수소분압하에서 상기 조테레프탈산을 처리하는 것이 특징인 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 실활된 촉매의 20∼70%를 새촉매로 교체하는 것이 특징인 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화촉매가 입상 팔라듐 담지 활성탄인 것이 특징인 정제 테레프탈산의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
