Claims (8)
- 배양조내의 압력, 배기가스유량 및 배기가스중의 탄산가스농도를 측정함으로써 배양조내의 탄산가스분압과, 미생물이 생성하는 탄산가스량을 계산하고, 이탄산가스분압과 탄산가스생성량에서 균체증식량을 산출하여 배양액중의 균체량을 산출하며, 이 산출된 균체량에 응해서 기질공급량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로하는 미생물배양 제어방법.
- 미생물을 공기 또는 산소부화가스를 사용하여 배양할 경우에 용존산소농도의 제어도 조합(組合)해서 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 미생물 배양 제어방법.
- 수율과 탄산가스분압과의 관계에 있어서의 탄산가스 분압의 임계치와 용존산소량과의 상대관계를 산소부화가스의 통기량 그 산소농도 및 교반기 회전수의 조합에 의해 제어하는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 미생물 배양제어방법.
- 탄산가스분압의 임계치와 용존산소량과의 상대관계를 산소부화의 통기량, 그 산소농도, 교반기회전수 및 조내압력의 조합에 의해 제어하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 미생물 배양제어방법.
- 미생물이 빵효모인 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 2기재의 미생물 배양 제어방법.
- 빵 효모 배양시에 탄산가스분압을 0.2기압 이하, 용존산소량을 0.2~5ppm으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 5기재의 미생물 배양제어방법.
- 미생물을 호기적(好氣的)으로 배양할 때에 교반기회전수, 통기 가스중의 산소분압 및 통기량을 사용하여 용존산소농도를 제어하는 미생물배양제어방법에 있어서 배양액의 용존산소농도가 설정치보다 저하했을 경우는 제1단계로서 교반기회전수를 올리며, 교반기회전수가 설정상한치로 되었을 경우는 제2단계로서 통기가스중의 산소분압을 올리고, 통기가스중의 산소분압이 설정상한치로 되었을 경우는 제3단계로서 통기량을 올리며, 반대로 배양액의 용존산소농도가 설정치보다 높을 경우는 제1단계로서 교반기 회전수를 내리며, 교반기회전수가 설정하한치로 되었을 경우는 제2단계로서 통기가스중의 산소분압을 내리고, 통기가스중의 산소분압이 설정하한치로 되었을 경우는 제 3단계로서 통기량을 내리는 것을 특징으로하는 미생물 배양제어방법.
- 배양조의 압력측정수단, 배가스유량측정수단 및 배가스중의 탄산가스농도측정수단, 이들 각 수치에서, 배양조내의 탄산가스분압 및 미생물에 의한 탄산가스 생성량을 산출하며, 그것으로부터 균체량을 산출하는 수단, 그 수치로부터의 기질공급량의 결정수단, 상기 산출수단을 위한 수치설정수단 및 결정된 결과를 근거로 작동하는 기질공급량 조절수단의 조합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 미생물 배양제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
