Claims (1)
- (A) 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 할로겐화물을 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 2-아미노-2-티아졸(그의 아민형태와 형평)과 반응시키거나,(상기 식에서, R, R1, R2,및 R3, 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 규정하는 바와 같고 X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.)(B) R과 R1이 모두 탄수소 4 또는 5인 알킬렌 라디칼을 나타내는 화합물을 제외하고 구조식(Ⅰ)의 티아졸〔3,2-a〕 피리미딘 유도체 경우에, 하기 구조식(Ⅳ)산 할로겐화물을 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 2-아미노-2-티아졸린(그의 이민형태와 평형)과 반응시키거나,(상기 식에서 R, R1, R2,및 R3는 R 및 R1모두가 탄수소 4-5인 알킬렌 라디칼을 제외하고 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 규정하는 바와 같고 X는 할로겐원자를 나타낸다).(C) R 및 R1모두가 탄소수 4 또는 5인 아킬렌 라디칼인 것을 제외하고 구조식(Ⅰ)의 티아졸로〔3,2-a〕피라미딘 유도체의 경우에, 하기 구조식(Ⅴ)의 에스테르를 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 2-아미노-2-티아졸린(그의 이민형태와 평형)과 반응시키거나;(상기 식에서 R, R1, R2,및 R3는 R 및 R1모두가 탄수소 4-5인 알킬렌 라디칼을 나타내지 않는 것을 제외하고 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 규정하는 바와 같다).(D) R3가 수소원자인 구조식(Ⅰ)의 티아졸로〔3,2-a〕피리미딘 유도체의 경우에, 1,2-디브로모에탄을 하기 구조식(Ⅵ)의 4,5-디하이드로-2-티오우라실과 반응시켜서;(상기 식에서 R, R1및 R2는 규정하는 바와 같다).하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 2,3,6,7-테트라하이드로티아졸로〔3,2-a〕피리미단 유도체의 제조방법:(상기 식에서, R이 페닐라디칼, 할라겐원자 1-3개로 선택적으로 치환된 탄소원자 1-4를 갖는 알킬 라디칼, 탄소원자 2-4인 알케닐라디칼 또는 탄소원자 3-6인 시클로알킬 라디칼을 나타내고 R1이 수소원자를 나타내거나, 또는 서로 같거나 다른 R, R1이 각각 페닐라디칼 또는 탄소원자 1-4를 갖는 치환되지 않는 알킬라디칼을 나타내거나, 똔ㄴ R, R1모두가 탄소원자 4-5개인 알킬렌라디칼을 나타내고 그리고 서로 같거나 다른 R2와 R3가 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소원자 1-4개를 갖는 치환되지 않은 알킬라디칼이거나, 또는 R과 R1각각이 수소원자이고 R2와 R3중 하나가 수소원자를 나타내고 다른 하나는 탄소원자 1-4개를 갖는 치환되지 않은 알킬라디칼을 나타내거나 R2및 R3모두가 탄소원자 1-4를 갖는 치환되지 않은 알킬 라디칼을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
