Claims (13)
- 다음 구조식 2 화합물을 (a) 구조식 2식에서 D가 HY일 때 이소티오우레아인 다음 구조식 3과 반응시키거나 또는 구조식 2에서 (b) D가 이탈그룹일 때 우레아 또는 티오우레아인 구조식 4와 반응시키거나 또는 Y는 산소일 때 다음 구조식 6 화합물을 다음 구조식 5의 이소티오 우레아와 반응시킴을 특징으로하여 다음 구조식 1인 화합물을 제공하는 방법.구조식 1에서 R1과 R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬, 또는 함께 탄소이고 두 질소원자는 디하이드로 이미다졸일 또는 테트라하이드로피리미딜 그룹을 형성하는 것을 보여주며;Y는 황 또는 산소,n은 3 내지 8X는 산소 또는 황Z는 수소 또는 저급알킬;A는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C5알킬렌 또는 -(CH2)pW(CH2)Q-상기에서 W는 산소 또는 황이고 p와 q의 합은 1 내지 4;B는 메틸, C3-C6사이클로알킬, 하나 또는 다수 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 할로, 하이드록시 또는 아미노그룹에 의해 임의로 치환된 헤테로 아길그룹 또는 B는 나프틸, 5-또는 6-(2,3-디하이드로-1,4-벤조디옥신일) 또는 4-또는 5-(1,3-벤조디옥솔일)그룹 또는 하나 또는 다수 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로겐, 아릴(저급알콕시), 하이드록시, 저급알콕시-저급알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸, 디(저급알킬)아미노, 페녹시, 할로페녹시, 저급알콕시페녹시, 페닐, 할로페닐 또는 저급알콕시페닐 그룹으로 임의로 치환된 페닐그룹 또는 A는 알킬렌, B는 수소이며 구조식 2에서 D는 HY-또는 이탈그룹 구조식 3에서A는 저급알킬 또는 아릴(저급알킬), 또는 시안아미드 R1HNCN 또는 카르보디 이미드 R1N=C=NR2구조식 6에서 G는 저급알킬티오, 염소, 취소 또는 NO2NH이다.
- 다음 구조식 화합물을상기식에서 D는 염소, 취소 또는 요드다음 구조식 화합물과 반응시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 공정
- 다음 구조식 화합물을상기식에서 G는 NO2NH다음 구조식의 이소티오 우레아와 반응시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 공정
- 다음 구조식 화합물을 시안아미드 R1HNCN 또는 카르보디 이미드 R1N=C=NR2와 반응시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- X가 산소인 청구범위 1 또는 청구범위 2에 따른 공정.
- Z가 수소인 청구범위 1 내지 5중 어느 하나에 따른 공정.
