Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar primidinas, de fórmula general: **(Fórmula-01)** en la que R1 y R2 son hidrógeno o alquilo inferior, o junto con el carbono y dos átomos de nitrógeno forman un grupo dihidroimidazolilo o tetrahidropirimidilo; Y es azufre u oxígeno; n es de 3 a 8; X es oxígeno o azufre; Z es hidrógeno o alquilo inferior; A es alquileno C1-5 recto o ramificado ó - (CH2)pW(CH2)q- en donde W es oxígeno o azufre y la suma de p y q es de 1 a 4; y B es metilo, cicloalquilo C3-6, un grupo heterocarilo opcionalmente sustituido por uno o mas grupos alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, halo, hidroxi o amino ó B es un grupo naftilo, 5- ó 6- (2,3- dihidro-1, 4-benzodioxinilo) o 4- ó 5-(1,3- benzodioxolilo) o un grupo fenilo opcionalmente sustituido con uno o mas grupos alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, halógeno, aril (alcoxi inferior), hidroxi, alcoxi(inferior) alcoxi(inferior), trifluormetilo, dialquil (inferior)amino, fenoxi, halofenoxi, alcoxi (inferior)fenoxi, fenilo, halofenilo o alcoxi (inferior)fenilo, o a condición de que A sea alquileno, B puede ser hidrógeno; caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula:**(Fórmula- 02)** en la que D es HY- o un grupo saliente, con: (a) cuando D es HY-, una isotiourea de fórmula: **(Fórmula-03)** en la que A es alquilo inferior o arialquilo (inferior), o una cianamida R1HNCN o una carbodiimida R1-N=C=NR2 ó (b) cuando D es un grupo saliente, una urea o tiourea de fórmula: **(Fórmula-04)** o, cuando Y es oxígeno, se hace reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula: **(Fórmula- 05)** en la que G es alquil (inferior)tio, cloro, bromo o NO2NH-, con una isotiourea de fórmula: **(Fórmula-06)**
