상기 1차 입자의 곡률 반경은 ≥ 0.2 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 프러시안 블루계 전이 금속 시안화물. - 제1항에 있어서,

단계(S1)에서, 상기 제1 용액에서 전이 금속 양이온의 농도는 0.2 mol/L~4 mol/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S2)에서, 상기 제2 용액에서 전이 금속 시아네이트 음이온의 농도는 0.2 mol/L~4 mol/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S1)의 상기 제1 용액 또는 단계(S2)의 상기 제2 용액에 A 공급원을 더 포함하되,
A 공급원은 A의 염소산염, A의 질산염, A의 황산염, A의 수산화물, A의 포르메이트, A의 아세테이트, A의 옥살레이트, A의 인산염, A의 과염소산염, A의 벤조에이트, A의 시트르산염 중 한가지 또는 여러 가지로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S1)의 상기 제1 용액 또는 단계(S2)의 상기 제2 용액에 항산화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S3)에서, 상기 혼합의 유속은 50 cm/s~10 m/s인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S3)에서, 상기 혼합의 시간은 1 h~24 h인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S3)에서, 상기 다른 하나의 용액의 온도는 60℃~140℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계(S4)에서, 상기 에이징의 온도는 60℃~140℃이고; 및/또는,
단계(S4)에서, 상기 에이징의 시간은 1 h~24 h인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 양극 재료를 포함하되, 상기 양극 재료는 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 프러시안 블루계 전이 금속 시안화물 또는 제9항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻은 프러시안 블루계 전이 금속 시안화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극판.
- 제18항에 따른 양극판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제19항에 따른 이차 전지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제19항에 따른 이차 전지, 또는 제20항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제19항에 따른 이차 전지, 제20항에 따른 배터리 모듈, 또는 제21항에 따른 배터리 팩 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
