Claims (20)
- 다이-캐스팅(die-casting) 공정 동안 용융 금속(molten metal)을 함유하는 용융물과 접촉하는 다이의 작업 표면을 코팅하기 위한 윤활제 조성물로서,
담체 유체; 및
상기 금속의 산화물과 반응하여 상기 용융물의 표면 상에 형성되는 산화물 층을 제거하는 하나 이상의 활성 성분
을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 담체 유체가 다이 윤활제(die lubricant)인, 윤활제 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 상기 담체 유체에 현탁된 고체인, 윤활제 조성물. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 30 마이크로미터 미만의 입자 크기를 갖는 것인, 윤활제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 할라이드 염 화합물의 혼합물인, 윤활제 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 할라이드 염 화합물이 LiF, NaF, AlF3, KF, TiF4, BF3, ZrF4, 및 CaF2 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 윤활제 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 할라이드 염 화합물의 혼합물이 KAlF4, K2TiF6, 또는 KBF4인, 윤활제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다이의 작업 표면에 다이-캐스팅된 제품이 접착되는 것을 억제하는 다이 보호제(die protector)를 추가로 포함하는 윤활제 조성물. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 다이 보호제가 TiB2의 나노입자를 포함하는, 윤활제 조성물. - 다이-캐스팅된(die-cast) 제품을 제조하는 방법으로서,
용융 금속을 함유하는 용융물을 캐스팅하기 위한 다이를 제공하는 단계;
상기 다이의 작업 표면을, 하나 이상의 활성 성분을 함유하는 윤활제 조성물로 코팅하는 단계;
상기 용융물이 상기 작업 표면과 접촉하고 상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 금속의 산화물과 반응하여 상기 용융물의 표면 상에 형성되는 산화물 층을 제거하도록 소정량의 상기 용융물을 상기 다이에 주입하는 단계; 및
상기 다이에서 상기 용융물을 고화시켜 상기 다이-캐스팅된 제품을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
담체 유체 중에 상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분을 포함하도록 상기 윤활제 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 담체 유체가 다이 윤활제인, 방법. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 상기 담체 유체에 현탁된 고체인, 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 30 마이크로미터 미만의 입자 크기를 갖는, 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 활성 성분이 할라이드 염 화합물의 혼합물인, 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
