Description
Claims (7)
- ダイカスト工程において、溶融金属を含む溶湯と接触する金型の当たり面をコーティングするための潤滑剤組成物であって、
キャリア流体と、および、
前記金属の酸化物と反応して、前記溶湯の表面に形成される前記酸化物の層を除去することができる、少なくとも1つの活性成分と、
を備え、
前記キャリア流体は、金型潤滑剤からなり、
前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、ハロゲン塩化合物の混合物からなり、
前記キャリア流体に対する前記ハロゲン塩化合物の混合物の量は、0.13~0.26g/Lであり、および、
前記ハロゲン塩化合物の前記混合物は、K 2 TiF 6 およびKBF 4 から選択される少なくとも1種である、
潤滑剤組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、前記キャリア流体中において懸濁する固体からなる、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、30μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項2に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- TiB2のナノ粒子を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- ダイカスト製品の製造方法であって、
溶融金属を含有する溶湯を鋳造するための金型を提供し、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物で、前記金型の当たり面をコーティングし、
所定量の前記溶湯を前記金型に射出し、前記溶湯が前記当たり面と接触した際に、前記少なくとも1つの活性成分を前記金属の酸化物と反応させて、前記溶湯の表面に形成される前記酸化物の層を除去し、および、
前記金型内で前記溶融金属を固化させて、前記ダイカスト製品を生産する、
ことを含む、ダイカスト製品の製造方法。 - 前記ダイカスト製品の延性を増大させるための前記ダイカスト製品に熱処理を施す工程を備える、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなり、前記ダイカスト製品は、アルミニウム製またはアルミニウム合金製である、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
