Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- ダイカスト工程において、溶融金属を含む溶湯と接触する金型の当たり面をコーティングするための潤滑剤組成物であって、
キャリア流体と、および、
前記金属の酸化物と反応して、前記溶湯の表面に形成される前記酸化物の層を除去することができる、少なくとも1つの活性成分と、
を備える、潤滑剤組成物。 - 前記キャリア流体は、金型潤滑剤からなる、請求項1に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、前記キャリア流体中において懸濁する固体からなる、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、30μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項3に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、ハロゲン塩化合物の混合物からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記ハロゲン塩化合物は、LiF、NaF、AlF3、KF、TiF4、BF3、ZrF4、およびCaF2から選択される1つ以上を含む、請求項5に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記ハロゲン塩化合物の前記混合物は、KAlF4、K2TiF6、およびKBF4から選択される、請求項6に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記金型の前記当たり面へのダイカスト製品の付着を抑制する金型プロテクタを含有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記金型プロテクタは、TiB2のナノ粒子を含む、請求項8に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- ダイカスト製品の製造方法であって、
溶融金属を含有する溶湯を鋳造するための金型を提供し、
少なくとも1つの活性成分を含有する潤滑剤組成物で、前記金型の当たり面をコーティングし、
所定量の前記溶湯を前記金型に射出し、前記溶湯が前記当たり面と接触した際に、前記少なくとも1つの活性成分を前記金属の酸化物と反応させて、前記溶湯の表面に形成される前記酸化物の層を除去し、および、
前記金型内で前記溶融金属を固化させて、前記ダイカスト製品を生産する、
ことを含む、ダイカスト製品の製造方法。 - キャリア流体中に、前記少なくとも1つの活性成分を含むように前記潤滑剤組成物を生産することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア流体は、金型潤滑剤からなる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、前記キャリア流体中で懸濁する固体からなる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、30μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分は、ハロゲン塩化合物の混合物からなる、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハロゲン化物塩化合物は、LiF、NaF、AlF3、KF、TiF4、BF3、ZrF4、およびCaF2から選択される1つ以上を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑剤組成物は、前記金型の作業面への前記ダイカスト製品の付着を抑制する金型プロテクタを備える、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ダイカスト製品の延性を増大させるための前記ダイカスト製品に熱処理を施す工程を備える、請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなり、前記ダイカスト製品は、アルミニウム製またはアルミニウム合金製である、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項10〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されたダイカスト製品。
