Claims (6)
- 특정 주행 방향으로 연속 주행하는 장척의 기판의 상면 또는 횡면에 도포액을 도포하는 도포 장치로서,
상기 주행 방향으로 연속 주행하는 장척의 상기 기판의 상기 상면 또는 상기 횡면에 상기 도포액을 개재하여 접촉 가능하고, 또한 회전하는 바와,
상기 바에 대하여 장척의 상기 기판의 상기 주행 방향의 상류에 마련되며, 상기 도포액을 상기 바와의 사이를 통과시켜, 장척의 상기 기판으로 유통시키는 언판을 적어도 2단 갖고,
적어도 2단의 상기 언판은 상기 주행 방향을 따라 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바와, 상기 언판 중 상기 바에 가장 가까운 언판과, 장척의 상기 기판으로 둘러싸인 제1 부분의, 상기 주행 방향과 높이 방향으로 구성되는 평면에 있어서의 단면적을 제1 비드 단면적으로 하고,
상기 바에 가장 가까운 상기 언판과, 상기 언판 중 상기 주행 방향의 최상류 측의 언판과, 장척의 상기 기판으로 둘러싸인 제2 부분의, 상기 주행 방향과 상기 높이 방향으로 구성되는 평면에 있어서의 단면적을 제2 비드 단면적으로 할 때,
상기 제1 비드 단면적과 상기 제2 비드 단면적의 합계가 20mm2 이상이며,
최상류 측의 상기 언판과, 장척의 상기 기판과의 거리가 0mm 이상 5mm 이하이고,
상기 높이 방향은, 상기 기판의 상기 상면 또는 상기 횡면에 수직인 방향인 도포 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 바와, 상기 언판 중 상기 바에 가장 가까운 언판과, 장척의 상기 기판으로 둘러싸인 제1 부분의, 상기 주행 방향과 높이 방향으로 구성되는 평면에 있어서의 단면적을 제1 비드 단면적으로 할 때, 상기 제1 비드 단면적이 20mm2 이하이고,
상기 바의 상기 주행 방향의 상류 측의 단부면과, 상기 바에 가장 가까운 상기 언판과의 최단 거리가 0.05mm 이상 2mm 이하이며,
상기 바에 가장 가까운 상기 언판과, 장척의 상기 기판과의 거리가 0.2mm 이상 2mm 이하이고,
상기 높이 방향은, 상기 기판의 상기 상면 또는 상기 횡면에 수직인 방향인 도포 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 본체 블록을 갖고,
상기 본체 블록 또는 상기 언판에 상기 도포액을 저류하는 송액 저류부를 갖는 도포 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바와 적어도 2단의 상기 언판의, 상기 주행 방향과 상기 기판의 상기 상면 또는 상기 횡면 내에서 직교하는 폭방향의 단부에, 측판이 마련되어 있는 도포 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도포 장치를 이용하여, 연속 주행하는 장척의 기판의 상면 또는 횡면에 도포액을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 방법.
