Claims (9)
- 하우징, 상기 하우징의 중심부에 피분쇄물을 공급하는 슈트, 상기 슈트의 하방에 마련되어 상기 피분쇄물을 분쇄하는 분쇄부, 상기 분쇄부의 상방에 마련된 배출관, 및 상기 분쇄부에서 분쇄된 분쇄물을 상기 배출관으로 수송하는 기류를 형성하는 수송 기구를 갖는 수직형 롤러밀로서,
상기 분쇄부와 상기 배출관 사이에, 상기 기류의 유로 면적을 좁히는 축류 유로를 갖고,
상기 축류 유로는 상기 하우징의 중심부에 마련된 제1 축류링과 상기 하우징으로부터 상기 하우징의 중심부를 향해 돌출된 제2 축류링 사이에 형성되어 있는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 축류링 및 상기 제2 축류링의 적어도 어느 한쪽의 상부에는, 다른 쪽에 접근하도록 하방으로 기울어지는 경사면이 형성되어 있는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경사면은 상기 분쇄물의 안식각 이상의 각도로 형성되어 있는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 축류링과 상기 제2 축류링의 대향면은 편평하게 형성되어 있는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 축류링과 상기 제2 축류링의 틈새 치수를 조절하는 조절 기구를 갖는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분쇄부의 상방에 회전 분급기가 마련되어 있고,
상기 제1 축류링이 상기 회전 분급기와 함께 회전하는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 축류링과 상기 제2 축류링의 틈새 치수를 조절하는 조절 기구를 갖는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 분쇄부의 상방에 회전 분급기가 마련되어 있고,
상기 제1 축류링이 상기 회전 분급기와 함께 회전하는, 수직형 롤러밀. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 상부에 상기 배출관이 접속된 분배기가 마련되어 있고,
상기 분배기에 상기 제1 축류링 및 상기 제2 축류링의 적어도 어느 한쪽이 마련되어 있는, 수직형 롤러밀.
