Claims (7)
- 편광자의 편면에만 보호 필름을 갖는 편보호 편광 필름 및 상기 편보호 편광 필름의 편광자 측에 점착제층을 갖는 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름으로서,
상기 편광자는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 함유하고, 편광자 전체량에 대하여 붕산을 20중량% 이하로 함유하며, 두께가 10㎛ 이하이고, 또한, 단체 투과율(T) 및 편광도(P)에 의해 표시되는 광학 특성이 하기 식
P>-(100.929T-42.4-1)×100(단, T<42.3), 또는
P≥99.9(단, T≥42.3)의 조건을 만족하도록 구성된 것이며,
상기 점착제층의 막 두께는 50㎛ 미만이고,
상기 점착제층의 23℃에서의 저장 탄성률을 G(Pa), 막 두께를 H(㎛)로 하였을 때,
50>H≥32의 경우는
G>210e0.2035H을 만족하고,
32>H>0의 경우는
G>35000e0 .0433H를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막 두께(H)(㎛)는 32>H>0이고, 저장 탄성률(G)(Pa)은 G>35000e0.0433H를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 점착제층은 저장 탄성률이 3.5×104Pa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 점착제층에 세퍼레이터가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름. - 제4항에 있어서,
권회체인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름을 갖는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제5항에 기재된 상기 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름의 권회체로부터 조출되어 상기 세퍼레이터에 의해 반송된 상기 점착제층 부착 편보호 편광 필름을 상기 점착제층을 개재하여 화상 표시 패널의 표면에 연속적으로 첩합하는 공정을 포함하는 화상 표시 장치의 연속 제조 방법.
