Description
도 2는 55℃에서 80 mA로 2.8 내지 4.2 V에서 사이클링되는 흑연/NMC111 전지에 대한 용량 대 사이클 횟수 곡선을 도시한다.
도 3는 55℃에서 80 mA로 2.8 내지 4.4 V에서 사이클링되는 흑연/NMC442 전지에 대한 용량 대 사이클 횟수 곡선을 도시한다.
Claims (17)
- 전해질 용액으로서,
용매;
전해질 염; 및
전해질 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5.0 중량%의 양으로 용액에 존재하는, 하기 일반 화학식 I로 표시되는LA:LB 착물
을 포함하는, 전해질 용액:

(상기 식에서, A는 붕소 또는 인이고,
F는 불소이고,
L은 비양성자성 유기 아민이고,
n은 3 또는 5이고,
n = 3인 경우 A는 붕소이고, n = 5인 경우 A는 인이고,
x는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,
비양성자성 유기 아민 L의 적어도 하나의 N 원자는 A에 직접 결합됨). - 제1항에 있어서, 비양성자성 유기 아민은 루이스 산의 비어있는 오비탈과 결합하는 데 이용되는 비결합 전자 쌍을 갖는 적어도 하나의 질소 원자를 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비양성자성 유기 아민은 3차 아민을 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비양성자성 유기 아민은 헤테로방향족 아민을 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여분의 루이스 산 또는 루이스 염기는 일반 화학식 I의 화학량론을 기준으로 5 몰% 미만으로 전해질 용액에 존재하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매는 유기 카르보네이트를 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매는 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 다이에틸 카르보네이트, 다이메틸 카르보네이트, 에틸 메틸 카르보네이트, 비닐렌 카르보네이트, 프로필렌 카르보네이트, 플루오로에틸렌 카르보네이트, 테트라하이드로푸란 (THF), 감마 부티로락톤, 설포란, 에틸 아세테이트 또는 아세토니트릴을 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매는 전해질 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 15 내지 98 중량%의 양으로 용액에 존재하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전해질 염은 리튬 염을 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전해질 염은 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiClO4, 리튬 비스(옥살라토)보레이트, LiN(SO2CF3)2, LiN(SO2C2F5)2, LiAsF6, LiC(SO2CF3)3, LiN(SO2F)2, LiN(SO2F)(SO2CF3) 또는 LiN(SO2F)(SO2C4F9)를 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전해질 염은 전해질 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 75 중량%의 양으로 용액에 존재하는, 전해질 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비닐렌 카르보네이트, 플루오로에틸렌 카르보네이트, 프로판-1,3-설톤, 프로프-1-엔-1,3-설톤, 석시노니트릴, 1,5,2,4-다이옥사다이티안-2,2,4,4-테트라옥사이드 (MMDS), 리튬 비스(옥살레이트)보레이트 (LiBOB), 리튬 다이플루오로(옥살라토)보레이트 (LiDFOB), 트리스(트라이메틸실릴)포스파이트 (TTSPi), 에틸렌 설파이트 (ES), 1,3,2-다이옥사티올란-2,2-옥사이드 (DTD), 비닐 에틸렌 카르보네이트 (VEC), 트라이메틸렌 설파이트 (TMS), 메틸 페닐 카르보네이트, 트라이-알릴-포스페이트 (TAP), 에틸 페닐 카르보네이트 (EPC), 다이페닐 카르보네이트 (DPC) 및 트리스(트라이메틸실릴)포스페이트 (TTSP)를 추가로 포함하는, 전해질 용액.
- 전해질 용액의 제조 방법으로서,
용매, 전해질 염, 및 전해질 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5.0 중량%의 양으로 용액에 존재하는, 하기 일반 화학식으로 표시되는 LA:LB 착물을 조합하는 단계
를 포함하는, 전해질 용액의 제조 방법;

을 포함하는, 전기화학 전지. - 제14항에 있어서, 양극은 활성 재료를 포함하고, 활성 재료는 리튬 금속 산화물 또는 리튬 금속 인산염을 포함하는, 전기화학 전지.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 음극은 활성 재료를 포함하고, 활성 재료는 리튬 금속, 탄소질 재료 또는 금속 합금을 포함하는, 전기화학 전지.
- 용매;
전해질 염; 및
하기 일반 화학식으로 표시되는LA:LB 착물
을 포함하는, 전해질 용액:
