Claims (11)
- 편광자 형성용 필름의 팽윤, 염색, 가교 및 연신 단계를 포함하고,
상기 팽윤 단계, 상기 염색 단계 및 상기 가교 단계는 이 순서대로 수행되며,
상기 연신 단계의 적어도 일부는 상기 염색 단계에서, 및/또는 상기 염색 단계보다 앞에 수행되고,
상기 염색 단계 종료시에 있어, 연신 방향에서의 상기 편광자 형성용 필름 내 결정과 결정 사이의 거리는 20 내지 40nm이며,
염색액은 붕산 화합물을 포함하는, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 연신 방향은 MD 방향인, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 붕산 화합물은 염색액에 상기 염색액의 총 중량 중 0.3 내지 5중량%로 포함되는, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 염색 단계 종료시까지의 누적 연신비가 2.0 내지 3.0배인, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가교 단계는 적어도 제1 및 제2 가교 단계를 포함하는, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 염색 단계의 염색액 내 붕산 화합물의 농도는 상기 가교 단계의 가교액 내 붕산 화합물의 농도보다 낮은, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
보색 단계를 더 포함하는, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 편광자.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
붕산 가교 효율이 4.5 내지 9.0인, 편광자. - 청구항 8의 편광자 및 상기 편광자의 적어도 일면에 적층된 보호필름을 구비하는 편광판.
- 청구항 10의 편광판을 포함하는 화상표시장치.
