Abstract

Claims (7)
- 폴리우레탄 수분산체를 함유하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제로서,
상기 폴리우레탄 수분산체가, 적어도 (A) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 (B) 1 개 이상의 활성 수소기를 갖는 화합물을 사용하여 얻어지는 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄을 함유하고,
상기 (A) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 함유량이 상기 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄에 대해 50 질량% 이상 80 질량% 이하이고, 또한
상기 (B) 1 개 이상의 활성 수소기를 갖는 화합물이, (B1) 2 개 이상의 활성 수소기를 갖는 화합물 및 (B2) 1 개 이상의 활성 수소기와 1 개 이상의 이온성 친수기를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 1 개 이상의 활성 수소기를 갖는 화합물의 평균 수산기가(價)가 300 mgKOH/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄이, 방향환 구조 또는 지환 구조를 포함하고, 또한 방향환 구조 또는 지환 구조의 함유 비율의 합계가 40 질량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄이, 그 폴리우레탄의 분자량 1000 당 0.3 이상 1.0 이하의 가교 밀도인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄으로 형성된 피막을 전해액에 60 ℃ 조건하 3 일간 침지 후의 피막의 중량 증가율이 50 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄으로 형성된 피막을 전해액에 60 ℃ 조건하 3 일간 침지시킨 후의 팽윤 피막이, 60 ℃ 에 있어서의 탄성률이 10 MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 친수기 함유 폴리우레탄으로 형성된 피막을 전해액에 60 ℃ 조건하 3 일간 침지시킨 피막을, 80 ℃ 에서 24 시간 감압 건조시킨 후의 피막의 중량 감소율이 10 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 전극용 결착제.
