Claims (8)
- 열 사이클 장치에 있어서,
반응 혼합물, 및 반응 혼합물보다 작은 비중을 갖고 반응 혼합물과는 혼합되지 않는 액체로 채워지며, 반응 혼합물이 내측 대향 벽 섹션에 근접하여 이동하는 채널을 포함하는 바이오팁을 보지하는 홀더부(holder)와,
상기 바이오팁이 상기 홀더부에 있을 때 채널의 제 1 부분을 가열하는 가열 유닛과,
제 1 배치와 제 2 배치 사이를 전환함으로써 상기 홀더부 및 상기 가열 유닛을 배치하는 구동 유닛을 포함하며,
상기 제 1 배치는 바이오팁이 홀더부에 있을 때, 제 1 부분이 중력 방향에 대해 채널의 최하부에 있으며,
상기 제 2 배치는 바이오팁이 홀더부에 있을 때, 반응 혼합물의 이동 방향과 관련한 제 1 부분과 상이한 부분인 채널의 제 2 부분이 중력 방향에 대해 채널의 최하부에 있는
열 사이클 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 유닛은, 제 1 배치로부터 제 2 배치로 전환하는 경우에는 한 방향으로 그리고 제 2 배치로부터 제 1 배치로 전환하는 경우에는 반대 방향으로 상기 홀더 및 상기 가열 유닛을 회전시키는
열 사이클 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 유닛은,
제 1 배치를 유지하는 동안 제 1 기간이 지났을 때 제 1 배치로부터 제 2 배치로 전환하고,
제 2 배치를 유지하는 동안 제 2 기간이 지났을 때 제 2 배치로부터 제 1 배치로 전환하는
열 사이클 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홀더부는 반응 혼합물이 채널의 길이 방향으로 이동하는 바이오팁을 보지하고,
상기 제 1 부분은 길이 방향에 있어서 채널의 한 단부를 포함하는 부분이며, 제 2 부분은 길이 방향에 있어서 채널의 다른 쪽 단부를 포함하는 부분인
열 사이클 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바이오팁이 홀더부에 있을 때 제 2 부분을 가열하는 제 2 가열 유닛을 더 포함하며,
상기 가열 유닛은 제 1 부분을 제 1 온도로 가열하고
상기 제 2 가열 유닛은 제 2 부분을 제 1 온도와 상이한 제 2 온도로 가열하는
열 사이클 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 온도는 상기 제 2 온도보다 높은
열 사이클 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기간은 상기 제 2 기간보다 짧은
열 사이클 장치. - 열 사이클 방법에 있어서,
반응 혼합물, 및 상기 반응 혼합물보다 작은 비중을 갖고 반응 혼합물과 혼합되지 않는 액체로 채워지며, 반응 혼합물이 내부의 대향하는 벽 섹션에 근접하여 이동하는 채널을 갖는 바이오팁을 홀더부에 장착하는 단계와,
상기 채널의 제 1 부분이 중력 방향에 대해 채널의 최하부에 있는 제 1 배치에 바이오팁을 배치하는 단계와,
상기 채널의 제 1 부분을 가열하는 단계와,
상기 반응 혼합물의 이동 방향과 관련하여 위치가 제 1 부분과 상이한 부분인 제 2 부분이 중력 방향에 대해 채널의 최하부에 있는 제 2 배치에 바이오팁을 배치하는 단계를 포함하는
열 사이클 방법.
