Abstract
본 발명은 인식기능의 증진과 정신적 피로를 위한 약물 또는 식사 보충물의 제품을 위한 포스파티딜세린(phosphatidylserine)이 착체된 징코(Ginkgo)의 용도에 관한 것으로, 인식기능과 정신적 피로의 증진하는 활성 조성물의 용도를 제공하는 것으로 즉, 특히 건강한 어린이, 젊은 어른들, 중년 및/또는 나이들 사람들에서 기억력의 속도와 기억의 질을 개선하고, 보통, 건강한 주체에서 활동의 정밀도와 주의력을 증가시키고, 인식기능이 저하된 사람의 기억력의 속도와 질의 저하를 막고, 인식 피로와 기분의 영향을 갖는 것 역시 없애는 것처럼 그와 함께 관련된 요인들을 개선하기 위한 것이다.

Description
본 발명은 인식기능의 증진과 정신적 피로 작용을 위한 징코(Ginkgo) 착체의 신규한 용도에 관한 것이다.
빌로바라이드(bilobalide)라고 불리우는 징코 빌로바(은행, Ginkgo biloba)의 잎에서 락톤(lactone) 화합물 C15H18O8의 분리는 1967년에 R.T. Major(Science 157 (1967), p.1270-1273)에 처음 언급되었다. 언급된 빌로바라이드(bilobalide)의 구조식은 1971(J. Amer. Chem. Soc. 93 (1971), p.3544-3546)에 다음처럼 이미 제안되었다 :
징코(Ginkgo)의 활성 주요 성분들은 징콜(ginkgol)과 3-(8-펜타데세닐)(3-(8-pentadecenyl))과 같은 알킬화된 페놀류(alkylated phenoles), 그리고 2-하이드록시-6-(8-펜타데세닐)벤조산 (2-hydroxy-6-(8-pentadecenyl) benzoic acid), 징코라이드(ginkolide)와 빌로바라이드(bilobalide) 같은 페놀카복시산류(phenolic carboxylic acids) 이다.
빌로바라이드(bilobalide), 세스퀴테르펜(sesquiterpene) 그리고 징코라이드(ginkgolide), 헥사시클릭 디테르펜(hexacyclic diterpene)은 터트. 부틸 그룹(tert. butyl groups)을 갖는 화합물로 자연적으로 존재하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 언급된 물질은 은행나무(Ginkgo biloba tree)의 잎과 다른 기관들에서 분리해낼 수 있다. 빌로바라이드(bilobalide)는 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba)의 잎에서 0.01% 이하 농도로 발견된다.
알려진 추출물들은 대뇌 장애와 말초동맥 혈액 흐름을 치료하는데 사용된다. 함유된 징코-플라본(ginkgo-flavone) 글리코사이드류(glycosides)와 테르페노이드류(terpenoids)는 혈관-조절 및 혈액 점성을 감소시키는 특성을 갖는 것으로 알려져 있다. 프랑스와 독일과 같은 서양 국가에서 처방된 징코(Ginkgo)의 주된 적용은 대뇌 기능부전(cerebral insufficiency) 이다. 게다가 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba)는 중국 의학에서 다양한 적용에 광범위하게 사용되고 있고, 전통 중국 약학에 설명되어 있다.

또한 징코(Ginkgo) 추출물은 인식 기능에 대한 효과를 갖는 것으로 알려져 있다. 예를 들어 V.D. Petkov et al., Planta Med. 59 (1993), pp. 106-114 에 파낙스 진셍(Panax ginseng), 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba) 그리고 그들의 합제가 어리고 늙은 설치류의 학습 행동을 개선한다고 밝혔다.
WO 01/43753 A2 의 가르침에 따르면 파낙스 진셍(인삼, Panax ginseng) 뿌리와 징코 빌로바(은행, Ginkgo biloba) 잎의 추출물의 합제를 투약하는 인식 실험에서 보통의 건강한 실험자의 기억력의 속도와 질을 예로 들어, 인간에게 인식 기능에 확실히 효과가 있음이 발견됐다.

예기치 않은, 포스파티딜 세린(phosphatidyl serine)에 착체된 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba) 추출물은 착체된 형태의 징코(Ginkgo)를 함유하는 약제 및/또는 식이요법의 보충물(식이보조제)의 투여를 포함하는 인식 기능과 정신적 피로에 의해 비-착체된 추출물에 의해 제공된 중대한 위 수준들을 향상시키는데 사용될 수 있다는 것이 본 발명에 의해 밝혀졌다. 징코(Ginkgo) 착체는 건강한 사람들, 특히 어린이들 또는 젊은 어른들에서 인식 기능과 정신적 피로의 향상을 위해 사용될 수 있다.

따라서, 본 발명의 주된 목적은 인식 기능과 정신적 피로의 증진하는 활성 조성물의 용도를 제공하는 것으로 즉, 특히 건강한 어린이, 젊은 어른들, 중년 및/또는 나이들 사람들에서 기억력의 속도와 기억의 질을 개선하고, 보통, 건강한 주체에서 활동의 정밀도와 주의력을 증가시키고, 인식 기능이 저하된 사람의 기억력의 속도와 질의 저하를 막고, 인식 피로와 기분의 영향을 갖는 것 역시 없애는 것처럼 그와 함께 관련된 요인들을 개선하기 위하여 제공된다.

그럼에도 본 발명의 더 나아간 목적은 천연 기원이고 부작용들이 최소이거나 또는 없는, 그래서 체내 소모에 안전한 성분들을 포함하는 활성 조성물의 용도를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 더 나아간 목적은 치매(Dementia), 예를 들어 알츠하이머병(Alzheimer's disease)과 같은 인식 기능과 정신적 피로의 감퇴와 연관된 질병의 치료와 예방을 위한 활성 조성물의 용도를 제공하는 것이다.
더구나, 본 발명은 포스파티딜세린(phosphatidyl serine)에 착체된 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba) 추출물, 최소한 하나의 비타민(vitamin), 임의의 하나 또는 그 이상의 무기물(minerals), 미량원소(trace elements)와 약제학적 또는 식이요법으로 허용가능한 담체를 함유한 약제학적 또는 식이요법 조성물과 관련이 있다.
최종적으로, 본 발명은 다른 지방산들(fatty acids)의 규정된 비율로 일정한 포스파티딜 세린(phosphatidyl serine)에 착체된 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba) 추출물과 관련이 있다.
[발명의 상세한 설명]
본 발명은 인식기능의 증진과 정신적 피로를 위한 약물 또는 식사 보충물의 제품을 위한 포스파티딜세린(phosphatidylserine)이 착체된 징코(Ginkgo)의 용도에 관한 것이다. 사용되는 징코(Ginkgo)는 식물 징코 빌로바(은행, Ginkgo biloba)에서 유도되고, 추출물 또는 그것의 추출 및/또는 그것의 중요한 활성 물질을 묘사한다.
아래의 징코(Ginkgo) 포스파티딜세린(phosphatidylserine) 착체 또는 생략된 징코-PS(Ginkgo-PS)라는 용어는 10 ~ 50 %, 바람직하게는 20 ~ 40 %, 보다 바람직하게는 20 %의 포르파디틸세린(phosphatidylserine)을 함유하는 인지질(phospholipid)과 징코(Ginkgo)의 추출물의 활성 성분의 반응으로 얻을 수 있는 착체를 의미한다.

징코 빌로바 ( Ginkgo biloba ) 추출물 소이 포스파티딜세린( soy phosphatidylserine) 착체의 제조.
20 % 포스파티딜세린(phosphatidylserine) 1.87 kg을 실온에서 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate) 17.5 L에 현탁시켰다. 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba) 무수 추출물(0.65 kg)을 첨가하고 휘저었다. 현탁액은 1시간 동안 환류시켜 휘저으며 방치하였다.
현탁액은 70 - 75 ℃ 에서 여과시키고, 모액(mother liquors)은 부드러운 잔존물이 획득될 때까지 순환 압축기에서 농축시켰다.
잔존물은 40 ℃ 에서 48 시간 동안 건조시켰다. 수율 : 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba) 추출물 포스파티딜세린(phosphatidylserine) 착체 2.23 kg.

현행연구의 경우에 있어서, 부가적인 급속가시정보진행(rapid visual information processing, RVIP) 과업을 밧테리 중에 포함시켰다. 시스템으로부터 컴퓨터로 조절된 과업의 선택은 각 실험기간에 실시할 실험의 평행 형태를 무작위로 명령하여 수행하였다. 소개는 고해상도의 VGA 컬러모니터가 장착된 데스크탑 컴퓨터를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 지시어 리콜시험은 제외하였고, 모든 응답은 응답박스의 두개의 버튼(YES/NO)을 통하여 기록하였다. 작업의 완전한 선택은 실행시까지 거의 20분이 걸린다.
실험은 다음 순서로 이루어졌다. ;
단어소개(Word Presentation) : 빈도와 구체성을 위해 매치된 15개의 단어를 무작위로 기억할 참가자를 위해 모니터에 나타내었다. 자극지연은 1초였고, 같은 자극간 간격을 두었다.
즉시 단어리콜(Immediate Word Recall) : 참가자들은 60초간 가능한 많은 단어를 받아쓰도록 하였다. 과업은 모은 단어의 수로 기재하였고 얻어진 스코어는 퍼센테이지로 변환시켰다.
화면소개(Picture Presentation) : 매일 물체 및 장면 20개의 사진영상물을 모니터에 매 3초당 1개의 비율로, 1초의 자극지연으로 기억할 참여자에 대하여 나타내었다.
단순반응시간(Simple Reaction Time) : 참여자는 매시간 가능한 빨리 "YES" 응답버튼을 누르도록 지시하였고 단어 "YES"가 모니터에 나타났다. 50번의 자극이 1과 3.5초 사이에 무작위로 다양해진 자극간 간격을 나타내었다.
숫자 각성 과업(Digit Vigilance Task) : 목적숫자를 무작위로 선택하였고, 모니터 스크린 오른쪽에 변함없이 나타내었다. 숫자의 시리지를 분당 80개의 비율로 스크린 중앙에 나타나도록 하였고, 참여자는 목적숫자를 매치시킨 시리즈 중 숫자를 매시간 가능한 한 빨리 "YES" 버튼을 누르도록 요구하였다. 과업은 1분간 지속되었고 15개의 자극-목적 매치가 있었다. 과업의 측정은 정확도(%), 반응시간(msecs) 및 잘못된 경보의 수가 측정되었다.
선택적 반응시간(Choice Reaction Time) : 단어 "NO" 또는 단어 "YES" 중 어느 하나가 모니터에 나타나고, 참여자는 가능한 한 빨리 대응하는 버튼을 누르도록 요구되었다. 50개의 실험에서 자극단어가 같은 확률로 무작위로 선택될 수 있으며, 1과 3.5초 사이에 자극간 간격이 무작위로 선택된다. 반응시간(msec) 및 정확도(%)를 기록하였다.
공간작업기억(Spatial Working Memory) : 집(house) 그림묘사를 9개의 창 중 4개의 스크린에 하였다. 참여자는 조명된 창의 위치를 기억하도록 지시되었다. 집 36개의 묘사 중에서, 창 하나를 조명하였고, 참여자가 오리지널묘사 중에서 불이 밝혀진 하나와 매치되는지 아닌지를 결정하도록 하였다. 참여자는 가능한 한 빨리 "YES" 또는 "NO" 응답버튼을 눌러 그들의 응답을 만들었다. 평균반응시간을 msec로 측정하였고, 오리지널 및 신규(주의산만자, distractor) 자극 모두에 대한 응답의 정확도를 퍼센트로 기록하였는바, "기획실행보다 더 큰 %(% greater than chance performance)" 스코어를 유도하도록 사용되었다(오리지널 목적 퍼센트 + 정확히 확인된 신규 목적 퍼센트 - 100).
수의작업기억(Numeric Working Memory) : 5개의 숫자(digits)를 기억을 잡을 참여자를 위해 연속적으로 표시하였다. 다음은 30개의 소식자 숫자의 시리즈화를 하였는바, 참여자가 오리지널시리즈 중에서 있는지 아닌지를 결정하여야하고 가능한 한 빨리 적당히 "YES" 또는 "NO" 응답버튼을 눌렀다. 상이한 자극 및 소식자 숫자를 갖도록 2회 반복시켰다. 평균 반응시간을 msec로 측정하였고, 오리지널 및 신규(주의산만자) 자극 모두에 대한 응답의 정확도를 퍼센트로 기록하였는바, 위에서와 같이 "기획실행보다 더 큰 %(% greater than chance performance)" 스코어를 유도하도록 사용되었다.

연속하여 7가지 실험을 할 수 있는 개량된 전산화 버전이 이용되었다. 오리지널 버발 시리얼 세븐 테스트(헤이만 등; Hayman etal, 1942)에는 많은 형태가 갖추어져 있으며, 미니-멘탈스테이트 실험장치(홀스테인 등; Folstein etal, 1975)가 부분적으로 포함된다. 이것은 저혈당(hypoglycaemia) 동안 인식장애를 평가하는데 사용되었으며(예를 들면, 하레 등; Hale etal 1982; 테일러 와 락흐만; Taylor and Rachman, 1988), 그리고 또한 증가된 당수치와 인식실행 사이에 관계를 조사하는데 이용되어 왔다(케네디와 쇼레이; Kennedy and Scholey, 2000; 쇼레이 등; Scholey etal, 2001; 솔레이; Scholey, 2001). 연구수행에 있어서, 연속감산 전산화 버전이 보충되었고(상세한 것은 쇼레이 등; scholey etal, 2001 참조), 여기서는 2분지연형이 실험에 사용되었다. 연속 7개의 과업을 위한 표준지시스크린이 참여자에게, 각 응답에 들어가기 위하여 숫자 키패드를 사용하여, 가능한 한 빠르고 정확하게, 주어진 번호로부터 7개에서 거꾸로 카운트하도록 정보를 준다.
참여자에게 또한 만약 그들이 잘못을 저질렀다면 그들이 새로운 부정확한 번호를 감산하도록 구두적으로 지시되었다. 800 내지 999 사이의 무작위 출발 번호가 컴퓨터 스크린상에 나타났으며, 첫번째 응답이 입력되므로써 맑아진다. 각 3가지 숫자응답은 별표로 스크린상에서 나타낼 각 숫자에 숫자키패드를 통하여 입력시켰다. 엔터키를 눌러 각 응답의 말미를 표시하였고 스크린상에 3개의 별이 선명하도록 하였다. 과업은 감산의 총수와 오류의 총수를 기록하였다. 부정확한 응답의 경우에서는, 만약 그들이 새로운 번호와 관련하여 정확한 것이라면 연속적인 응답은 긍정적으로 기록하였다. 연속 3개 과업은 연속 7개 과업과 동일하였으며, 단지 3가지의 연속감산을 포함하는 것을 제외한다.

처치(
Treatments
)
각 실험일에 참여자들은 각 기회에 동일한 외형의 2개의 캅셀을 받았다. 개개의 캅셀에는 불활성 위약(inert placebo), 징코 추출물(Ginkgo biloba extract) 60 mg, 포스파티딜콜린과 착체된 징코 추출물(Ginkgo biloba extract) 180 mg (Ginkgo biloba extract 60 mg과 동일, 이하 "PC"라 한다), 또는 포스파티딜세린과 착체된 징코 추출물(Ginkgo biloba extract) 240 mg(포스파티딜세린을 20 % 함유한 인지질이다. 이 착체는 Ginkgo biloba extract 60 mg과 동일하며, 이하 "PS"라 한다.)을 포함한다. 참여자에게 조건에 따라 특이한 날에 0 mg(위약), 징코 추출물 120 mg, 포스파티딜코린과의 착체된 징코 추출물 360 mg, 또는 포스파티딜세린 20 %를 함유한 인지질과 착체된 징코 추출물 480 mg을 용량에 따라 캅셀을 조합하여 배분하였다. 이중맹검을 유지하기 위하여, 암호된 처치가 동일한 중질젤라틴캅셀에 제조자에 의하여 제공되었다. 그 다음 이해 없는 제3자가 연구의 라틴 스궤어로서 처치를 하도록 하였다. 초기 통계적 분석이 이루어질 때까지 암호는 깨지지않고 유지되었다. 모든 처치는 외관 및 후각이 동일하였다.
절차(

각 참여자들은 총 5일간의 연구기간에 참석할 필요가 있으며, 조건간에 충분히 유실을 보장하기 위하여 달리 7일 정도로 조절될 수 있다. 참여자와 함께 실험실방에서 가시적으로 서로 분리된 채 매일 시험장소를 실험하고 동시에 개시하였다. 첫날에 그들의 전반기간에 도달할 때까지 참여자들은 라틴 스궤어 디자인을 사용한 처치요법을 무작위로 실시하였으며, 연구의 4일을 지나면서 처치순서로 균형을 맞추었다.
첫날은 다음 4가지가 동일하였으며, 단지 실험 밧테리와 절차와 익숙해지게하기 위하여 처치(활성 또는 위약)를 하지 않았다. 이 실험날의 4개 기간의 자료는 어떤 분석에도 포함되지 않았다. 매 활성적 연구일은 4개의 동일한 연구기간으로 구성되어있다.
처음에는 약물투여전 시험기간으로 그날은 바탕선 처리로 이루어지고, 2 내지 5일째는 그날의 처치가 바로 실시되었다. 추가적 시험기간으로 그날처치 소비후 1시간, 3시간, 및 6시간에 시작되었다. 각 시험기간은 본드-레이더 비쥬얼 아날로그 스케일(Bond-Lader Visual Analogue Scales) 완료 및 CDR 시험 밧테리로 구성되어 있다.
통계(

개별과업 결과에 대한 스코어, 4가지 기초요인 및 2가지 기억보조요인을 미니탑(Minitab) 통계 팩키지를 사용하여 "바탕선에서의 변화(Change from baseline)"를 시켜 분석되었다.
계획된 비교를 실시하기전, 용량(dose), 비지트(visit), 용량과 비지트(dose × visit) 및 주체모델을 고정시킨 기호를 갖는 아노바(ANOVA, General Linear Model)(kirk 1968)를 각 측정치의 바탕선 자료로부터 변화에 대한 주요효과 및 상호작용효과를 확인하기 위하여 수행하였다. 각 측정치의 "바탕선에서의 변화" 자료의 기초통계분석이 계획된 비교물을 사용하여 수행되었으며, 이때 오류기호로서 옴니버스 아노바(Omnibus ANOVA)에서 "용량* 시간* 주체,(Dose*, Time*, Sujects)"에 대한 평균 스궤어를 갖는 t-tests를 이용한다(케펠, Keppel, 1991).
위악조건에서 매시간 포인트(투약후 1, 2.5, 4 및 6시간) 자료를 3개치료군(징코 추출물, 징코 추출물 + PC(포스파티딜코린), 징코 추출물 + PS(포스파티딜세린)) 각각의 데이타와 비교하였다. 전면적 타입Ⅰ 에러보호레블만을 보장하기 위하여, 이들 계획된 비교를 초기 ANOVA에 대한 특이한 주요효과 또는 상호작용효과를 감안한 측정치와 연관시켜 기록하였다. 나아가 모든 실험은 이원적이고, 비교는 엄격히 연구전 계획되었으며, 매 타임포인트에서 조건상 마이너스인 것은 제외되었고, 단지 사전계획된 비교와 연관이 있는 가망성이 있는 것은 계산에 넣었다.

치료일 섭취전 참여자를 징코 + PS 조건으로 실행하였는바, 유의할만하게 정확도가 떨어졌으며 [t(81) = 2.32, p + 0.022], 숫자 각성과업에 대한 위약보다 더욱 천천히 실행되었다[t(81) = 2.75, p = 0.007]. 동일조건이 단어인식과업에 대해서는 유의할만하게 더 천천히 실행되었다[t(81) = 2.11, p = 0.036]. 다른 계획된 비교로 다른 측정에 대한 유의성은 입증된 바 없다.

본 발명에 따르면 징코 포스파티딜세린 착체를 함유한 인식기능 및 정신적 피로의 증강을 위한 약제 또는 식이요법 보충제를 얻을 수 있다는 특장점이 있다.
Claims (15)
- 유효성분으로 포스파티딜세린 10 내지 50 w/w%를 함유한 인지질과 징코 엑스(Ginkgo extract)를 착체시켜 얻은 징코 착체(Ginkgo complex)를 함유한, 치매(dementia) 또는 알츠하이머 질환(Alzheimer's disease) 개선용 식이보조제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 인지질은 20 내지 40 w/w%의 포스파티딜세린을 함유한 식이보조제.
- 청구항 1 - 2 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인지질은 20 w/w%의 포스파티딜세린을 함유한 식이보조제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 징코 엑스(Ginkgo extract)는 은행나무(Ginkgo biloba) 식물에서 유도된 것으로, 그들의 추출물, 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 그들의 유효활성물질인 식이보조제.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 유효활성물질 중 하나가 빌로바라이드(bilobalide)인 식이보조제.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 징코 추출물(Ginkgo extract)이 적어도 20 w/w%의 징코 플라본 배당체(ginkgo flavone glycosides) 및 2 내지 10 w/w% 텔펜락톤(terpene lactones)을 포함하는 것을 사용하는데 특징이 있는 식이보조제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 착체를 제조하는데 사용된 징코엑스와 포스파티딜세린 사이에 중량 비율이 0.3 : 1.5인 식이보조제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 인지질과 착체된 징코 착체(Ginkgo complex)는 특징상 친유성(lipophylic)이고, 무극성 및 비극성 용매중에 용해되며, 착체의 개개성분은 불용성인 식이보조제.
- 하기의 단계로 구성된 제조방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는, 포스파티딜세린 10 내지 50 w/w%를 함유하는 인지질과 징코 엑스(Ginkgo extract)를 착체시켜 얻은 징코 착체(Ginkgo complex)의 제조방법.
( 하 기 )
(a) 징코 추출물과 포스파티딜세린 10 내지 50 w/w%를 함유하는 인지질을 뜨거운 환상 에텔, 임의 할로겐화된 방향족 하이드로카본류, 메탄올-메틸렌클로라이드의 혼합물 또는 지방족 에스텔류로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 적당한 용매 중에서, 상승된 온도인, 30 내지 100 ℃에서 반응시키고, 그리고
(b) 용매를 증발시킨 다음, 그리고
(c) 단계 (b)에서 얻어진 부드러운 잔사를 30 내지 50 ℃ 온도범위에서 24 시간 내지 48 시간 동안 건조시키는 단계로 구성되어 있다. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 약제는 정제, 과립제, 분말제, 캅셀제, 시럽제, 용액, 현탁제, 당의정, 겔제, 주사제 또는 드롭져 제형인 식이보조제.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 약제가 경구투여형으로 제제화된 식이보조제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 약제 중에 포함된 징코 착체가 하루에 20 내지 240 mg의 량으로 투여되는 식이보조제.
- 포스파티딜세린 10 내지 50 w/w%를 함유하는 인지질과 징코 엑스(Ginkgo extract)를 착체시켜 얻은 징코 착체(Ginkgo complex)에 부가적으로 무기질류(minerals), 비타민류, 감미제, 향료, 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체, 보조제 및 결합제, 부형제 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 첨가제를 약제학적으로 허용가능한 량으로 포함시킨 치매(dementia) 또는 알츠하이머 질환(Alzheimer's disease) 개선용 식이보조제 조성물.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 첨가제는 비타민류, 무기질류 및 그들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되며, 칼슘, 불소, 인, 동, 포타슘, 망간, 마그네슘, 세레늄, 아연 및 철, 비타민 A, 비타민 B1, B2 및 B12, 비타민 C, 비타민 D2, 니코틴아마이드, 칼슘 판토테네이트, 루토사이드 및 비타민 E 중에서 선택된 식이보조제 조성물.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 추가적으로 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제 및 복합된 포도씨 추출물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 약제학적 화합물이 첨가된 식이보조제 조성물.
