- 질량% 로 C : 0.05 ∼ 0.2 %, Si : 0.5 ∼ 2.5 %, Mn : 1.5 ∼ 3.0 %, P : 0.001 ∼ 0.05 %, S : 0.0001 ∼ 0.01 %, Al : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 %, N : 0.0005 ∼ 0.01 % 를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고, 페라이트상과 템퍼링 마텐자이트상을 함유하는 마텐자이트상을 함유하고, 조직 전체에서 차지하는 상기 페라이트상의 면적률이 30 % 이상이고, 상기 마텐자이트상의 면적률이 30 ∼ 50 % 이고, 마텐자이트상 전체에서 차지하는 상기 템퍼링 마텐자이트상의 면적률이 70 % 이상인 미크로 조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판.

추가로, 질량% 로 Mo : 0.01 ∼ 1.0 %, Ni : 0.01 ∼ 2.0 %, Cu : 0.01 ∼ 2.0 % 중 적어도 1 종의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
아연 도금이 합금화 아연 도금인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 강 슬래브를, 1150 ∼ 1300 ℃ 의 가열 온도로 가열 후, 800 ∼ 950 ℃ 의 마무리 온도에서 열간 압연을 실시하고, 상기 열간 압연 후 2 s 이내에 50 ℃/s 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 600 ℃ 이하까지 냉각시키고, Tct ℃ 미만의 권취 온도로 권취하고, 압하율 40 % 이상에서 냉간 압연 후, 5 ℃/s 이상의 평균 가열 속도로 Ac1 변태점 이상의 온도역으로 가열하고, 계속해서 (Ac1 변태점 + 50 ℃) 이상 Ac3 변태점 이하의 온도역에서 30 ∼ 500 s 균열하고, 3 ∼ 30 ℃/s 의 평균 냉각 속도로 600 ℃ 이하의 온도역까지 냉각시키고 소둔 후, 용융 아연 도금 처리하고, 계속해서 30 ℃/s 이하의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법 ;
