Claims (7)
- (1) 디니켈 트리옥시드 및 붕소 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 성분 및 (2) 금속원소로 리튬, 니켈 및 망간을 함유하는 1 종 이상의 금속 화합물의 혼합물을 소성하는 단계, 및 리튬, 니켈 및 망간을 함유하는 층상 구조의 화합물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 비수성 2 차 전지용 양극활성물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 리튬, 니켈 및 망간을 함유하는 층상구조의 화합물이 X-선 회절시 하기 조성식으로 표시된 층상구조를 갖는 화합물로 동정된 화합물인 방법 :
Li[Ni(x-y)Li(l/3-2x/3)Mn(2/3-x/3-y)Co2y]02,
식중, 0 < x ≤0.5, 0 ≤y ≤1/6, x > y. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 리튬, 니켈 및 망간을 함유하는 층상 구조의 화합물이 X-선 회절시 하기 조성식으로 표시된 층상 구조를 갖는 화합물로 동정된 화합물인 방법 :
Li[Ni(x-y)Li(l/3-2x/3)Mn(2/3-x/3-y)Co2y]02,
식중, 0.4 < x < 0.5, 0 < y ≤1/6. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법으로 수득된 비수성 2 차 전지용 양극활성물질.
- 리튬, 니켈, 망간 및 코발트를 함유하고, 하기 조성식으로 표시되며, X-선 회절시 동정된 층상구조를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 비수성 2 차 전지용 양극활성물질:
Li[Ni(x-y)Li(l/3-2x/3)Mn(2/3-x/3-y)Co2y]02,
식중, 0.4 < x < 0.5, 0 < y ≤1/6. - 제 4 항에 따른 비수성 2 차 전지용 양극활성물질을 이용하여 수득한 비수성 2 차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 따른 비수성 2 차 전지용 양극활성물질을 이용하여 수득한 비수성 2 차 전지.
