Claims (10)
- 당화액 및 천마추출액을 포함하는 조청.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당화액과 천마추출액의 중량비가 7:3인 것을 특징으로 하는 조청.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천마추출액의 유효성분은 가스트로딘(gastrodine)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조청.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당화액은 찹쌀을 증류수로 세척 후 실온에서 3-5시간 수침한 후, 상기 수침한 쌀로 밥짓기를 하고, 상기 밥 1.0 kg에 엿기름 300g과 물 4.2L를 넣어 55℃를 유지하면서 5시간 당화시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조청.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천마추출액은 건조된 천마를 시료 양의 10배에 해당하는 메탄올로 6시간씩 2회 반복 환류 추출하고, 상기 추출액을 40℃에서 감압농축하여 메탄올 추출액을 제조하고, 상기 추출액에 헥산, 클로로포름, 에틸아세테이트 또는 부탄올 분획을 실시하고 감압농축하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조청.
- 찹쌀을 증류수로 세척 후 실온에서 3-5시간 수침한 후, 상기 수침한 쌀로 밥짓기를 하는 단계;상기 밥 1.0 kg에 엿기름 300g과 물 4.2L를 넣어 55℃를 유지하면서 5시간 당화시켜 당화액을 얻는 단계;상기 당화액을 여과 후 당화액을 졸일 때 천마추출액을 첨가하는 단계; 및상기 당화액과 천마추출액의 혼합물을 95℃를 유지하면서 1시간 동안 저어주는 단계를 포함하는 천마 조청의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 당화액과 천마추출액의 중량비가 7:3이 되도록 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 천마추출액은 건조된 천마를 시료 양의 10배에 해당하는 메탄올로 6시간씩 2회 반복 환류 추출하고, 상기 추출액을 40℃에서 감압농축하여 메탄올 추출액을 제조하고, 상기 추출액에 헥산, 클로로포름, 에틸아세테이트 또는 부탄올 분획을 실시하고 감압농축하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 천마 조청.
- 제9항의 천마 조청을 함유하는 가공식품.
