Abstract

[과제] 구성이 간단하고 차광성이 높은 관 라이닝재를 제공한다.
[해결 수단] 관 라이닝재(1)는 광경화성 수지, 또는 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지를 함침한 관상 수지 흡수재(10)의 외표면에 차광성 필름(12)을 열용착해서 이루어진다. 이러한 구성에서는 관상 수지 흡수재의 외표면 전체가 열용착된 차광성 필름으로 피복되므로 차광성 필름은 관상 수지 흡수재에 대하여 위치가 어긋날 일이 없고, 관상 수지 흡수재에 함침된 광경화성 수지가 부주의하게 외광에 닿아 경화되어 버리는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 차광성 필름은 폴리에틸렌 등의 고기밀성의 플라스틱 필름을 제조하는 과정에서 차광 안료를 상기 플라스틱 필름에 첨가함으로써 용이하게 얻어지므로, 종래부터 행해지고 있었던 플라스틱 필름에 의한 피복 공정을 그대로 이용해서 차광성이 높은 관 라이닝재를 제조할 수 있다.

Description

관 라이닝재{PIPE LINING MATERIAL}
본 발명은 경화성 수지를 함침시킨 유연한 관상 수지 흡수재로 이루어지는 관로 갱생용 관 라이닝재에 관한 것이다.
종래, 하수관 등의 관로가 노후화되었을 경우 상기 관로를 지중으로부터 파내지 않고 이것에 라이닝을 실시해서 해당 관로를 보수하는 관 라이닝 공법이 이미 실용에 제공되어 있다. 이 관 라이닝 공법에서는 외표면이 플라스틱 필름에 의해 피복된 관상 수지 흡수재에 미경화의 액상 경화성 수지를 함침해서 이루어지는 관 라이닝재가 유체압에 의해 관로 내에 반전 또는 인입에 의해 삽입된다. 관 라이닝재는 그 후 관로의 내벽에 압박된 채로 유지되고, 관 라이닝재에 함침된 경화성 수지가 경화되어서 관로의 내벽이 경화된 관 라이닝재로 라이닝된다.
그런데, 관상 수지 흡수재가 함침되는 경화성 수지로서 열촉매가 첨가되는 경화성 수지(열경화성 수지) 또는 광촉매가 첨가되는 경화성 수지(광경화성 수지)가 사용되고 있다. 광경화성 수지를 사용할 경우에는 관로의 내벽에 압박되어서 원형 형상으로 유지되고 있는 관 라이닝재 내에 광 조사 장치(UV 램프, 가시광선 광원 등)를 주행시킴으로써 광경화성 수지가 경화된다. 열경화성 수지의 경우에는 열수 또는 열기 등의 열매(熱媒)를 관 라이닝재에 작용시켜서 수지를 경화시키고 있다.
또한, 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지 양쪽을 관상 수지 흡수재에 함침시키는 것도 제안되어 있다(특허문헌 1). 이러한 관 라이닝재는 관로에 삽입된 상태에서는 광경화성 수지가 내측에 오게 되어 있고, 우선 광경화성 수지가 광 조사에 의해 경화되어 그 경화시에 발생되는 열에 의해 열경화성 수지가 경화된다.

관상 수지 흡수재에 광경화성 수지를 함침해서 이루어지는 관 라이닝재의 경우에는 관 라이닝재가 외광에 닿으면 광경화성 수지가 경화될 우려가 있다. 따라서, 관 라이닝재는 그 전체를 차광성 필름으로 싸서 관 라이닝재에 광이 조사되는 일이 없도록 해서 갱생 현장에 반송되어 갱생해야 할 관로 내에 인입되어 있다.
이 경우, 차광성 필름은 단지 관 라이닝재 전체를 외부로부터 싸고 있는 것만으로 차광성 필름이 관 라이닝재에 대하여 위치가 어긋나게 되고, 관 라이닝재가 부주의하게 외광에 바래져버린다는 문제가 있었다.
이 위치 어긋남을 방지하기 위해서 차광성 필름을 관 라이닝재의 외표면에 열용착해서 관 라이닝재를 차광하는 것도 고려된다. 그러나, 관 라이닝재의 관상 수지 흡수재의 외표면은 통상 폴리에틸렌 등의 플라스틱 필름에 의해 열용착으로 피복되어 있으므로 그 위에 차광성 필름을 열용착하는 것은 관 라이닝재의 제조 공정을 증가시키게 됨과 아울러 피복 필름 층이 2층으로 되어서 비경제적으로 된다.
본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 것으로 구성이 간단하고 차광성이 높은 관 라이닝재를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다.
상기 과제를 해결하는 본 발명은,
관로 내에 삽입되어서 관로의 내주면을 갱생하기 위한 관 라이닝재로서,
경화성 수지를 함침한 관상의 수지 흡수재와,
상기 관상의 수지 흡수재의 외표면에 열용착된 차광성 필름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은,
관로 내에 삽입되어서 관로의 내주면을 갱생하기 위한 관 라이닝재로서,
경화성 수지를 함침한 관상의 수지 흡수재의 외표면에 차광성 필름을 열용착해서 이루어지는 외부 라이닝재와,
상기 외부 라이닝재의 내주면에 밀착되어 경화성 수지를 함침한 관상의 수지 흡수재로 이루어지는 내부 라이닝재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
<발명의 효과>
본 발명에서는 광경화성 수지를 함침한 관상 수지 흡수재의 외표면에 관상의 차광성 필름을 열용착하고 있으므로 차광성 필름은 관상 수지 흡수재에 대하여 위치가 어긋날 일이 없다. 따라서, 관 라이닝재를 확실하게 차광할 수 있고, 관상 수지 흡수재에 함침된 광경화성 수지가 부주의하게 외광에 닿아 경화되어 버리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 관상 수지 흡수재의 외표면에는 차광성 필름이 1층 형성되는 것만 으로 관 라이닝재의 제조 코스트를 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 차광성 필름은 폴리에틸렌 등의 고기밀성의 플라스틱 필름을 제조하는 과정에서 착색 안료를 상기 플라스틱 필름에 첨가함으로써 용이하게 얻어지므로, 종래부터 행해지고 있었던 고기밀성의 플라스틱 필름에 의한 피복 공정을 그대로 이용할 수 있고, 간단한 공정으로 차광성이 높고 또한 고기밀성의 관 라이닝재를 제조할 수 있다.
도 1(a)는 차광성 필름을 관상 수지 흡수재에 권취하는 상태를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 1(b)는 차광성 필름이 장착된 관상 수지 흡수재로 이루어지는 관 라이닝재의 사시도이다.
도 2는 차광성 필름을 관상 수지 흡수재에 열용착하는 상태를 나타낸 설명도이다.
도 3은 관 라이닝재를 2층 구조로 하는 공정을 나타낸 설명도이다.
도 4는 관상 수지 흡수재를 2층 구조로 하여 외표면에 차광성 필름을 열용착한 관 라이닝재의 수직 단면도이다.
이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조해서 본 발명을 실시하기 위한 실시예를 설명한다.
[실시예]
도 1(a)는 관 라이닝재를 구성하는 유연한 관상 수지 흡수재(10)의 외표면에 평탄한 차광성 필름(12)을 권취하는 상태를 나타내고 있다.
관상 수지 흡수재(10)는 소정 폭이며 소정 길이의 띠 형상 수지 흡수재를 말아 그 양쪽 단부(10a)를 맞대어서 봉제하고, 맞댐부에 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌제의 테이프(11)를 피착함으로써 제조된다.
관상 수지 흡수재(10)는 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌 등의 플라스틱 섬유를 사용한 부직포, 직포 또는 매트; 또는 유리 섬유를 사용한 직포 또는 매트; 또는 상기 플라스틱 섬유와 유리 섬유를 조합시킨 부직포, 직포 또는 매트로 이루어진다.
이러한 관상 수지 흡수재(10)의 외표면에 도 1(a)에 나타낸 바와 같은 띠 형상의 차광성 필름(12)이 권취된다. 차광성 필름은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 나일론 또는 염화 비닐 등의 플라스틱 필름을 제조할 때에 퀴노프탈론(Quinophthalone)계 또는 이소인돌리논(isoindolinone)계의 유기 안료를 첨가해서 착색함으로써 얻어지고, 자외선 또는 가시광선 등을 차광할 수 있다.
이러한 차광성 필름(12)을 관상 수지 흡수재(10)의 외표면에 권취하고 도 1(b)에 나타내는 바와 같이, 그 양쪽 단부(12a)를 겹치고 그 겹침부를 접착함으로써 관상 수지 흡수재(10)가 통 형상으로 된 차광성 필름(12)에 의해 밀착된 상태에서 피복된다.
차광성 필름(12)으로 피복된 관상 수지 흡수재(10)는 도 2에 나타내는 바와 같이, 내부에 압축 공기를 공급함으로써 또는 관상 수지 흡수재를 진공 처리함으로써 원형으로 팽창된다. 도 2에는 도시하지 않지만 실제로는 통 형상의 인라이너를 내부에 넣어서 이 인라이너를 통해서 차광성 필름과 관상 수지 흡수재가 원형으로 팽창된다. 이와 같이, 원형으로 확경된 상태에서 차광성 필름(12)과 관상 수지 흡수재(10) 및 인라이너(도면에 나타내지 않음)는 가열로(도면에 나타내지 않음)를 통과하여 그 통과 중에 화살표로 나타낸 바와 같이 주위로부터 가열된다. 이에 따라, 차광성 필름(12)이 관상 수지 흡수재(10)의 관 길이 방향으로 걸쳐서 외표면 전체에 균일하게 열용착된다.
이와 같이 해서, 관상 수지 흡수재(10)의 외주면에 차광성 필름(12)이 열용착되면 내부에 작용되고 있었던 압력을 해소함과 아울러 관상 수지 흡수재(10)와 차광성 필름(12)을 수축시켜 내부의 인라이너를 제거해서 전체적으로 편평한 관 라이닝재(1)가 얻어진다.
차광성 필름(12)이 열용착된 관상 수지 흡수재(10)에는 공지의 방법에 의해 액상의 미경화의 광경화성 수지가 함침된다. 광경화성 수지는, 예를 들면 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 비닐에스테르수지 또는 에폭시 수지 등의 액상 경화성 수지에 광촉매를 첨가함으로써 얻어진다.
관상 수지 흡수재(10)에는 광경화성 수지의 이외에 액상의 열경화성 수지를 함침시킬 수도 있다. 이러한 열경화성 수지는, 예를 들면 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 비닐에스테르수지 또는 에폭시 수지 등의 액상 경화성 수지에 열촉매를 첨가함으로써 얻어진다.
관상 수지 흡수재에 열경화성 수지와 광경화성 수지를 함침시킬 경우에는 관 라이닝재가 관로에 삽입된 상태에서 광경화성 수지가 내주면측에 또한 열경화성 수지가 외주면측에 오도록 함침시킨다.
또한, 본 실시예에서는 관 라이닝재가 관로에 삽입되어서 경화될 준비가 된 상태에서 관로의 내주면과 대향하는 면이 관 라이닝재 내지 그 관상 수지 흡수재의 외표면(외주면)이 된다.
상술된 관상 수지 흡수재는 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 내부 라이닝재(20)를 관상 수지 흡수재(10) 내에 삽입해서 2층 구조로 할 수도 있다. 그 경우, 차광성 필름(12)이 열용착된 관상 수지 흡수재(10)는 외부 라이닝재(15)가 된다.
내부 라이닝재(20)의 관상 수지 흡수재(21)로서는 그 밀도가 외부 라이닝재(15)의 수지 흡수재(10)보다 고밀도인 것을 사용하여 관 라이닝재의 수밀성을 높인다. 외부 라이닝재(15)의 수지 흡수재(10)로서, 예를 들면 니들 펀칭 가공된 폴리에스테르 등 플라스틱 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포를 사용했을 경우, 관상 수지 흡수재(10)와 같은 재질의 수지 흡수재를 압축해서 니들 펀칭 가공함으로써 수지 흡수재(10)보다 밀도가 높은 수지 흡수재(21)를 제작할 수 있다. 또는, 수지 흡수재(10)로서 스팬 본드(span bond) 가공된 플라스틱 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포를 사용하고, 같은 재질이고 평량이 그것보다 크고 중량이 있는 스팬 본드 가공된 부직포를 수지 흡수재(21)에 사용함으로써 수지 흡수재(10)보다 밀도가 높은 수지 흡수재(21)를 얻을 수 있다.
내부 라이닝재(20)의 수지 흡수재(21)는 소정 폭이며 소정 길이의 띠 형상 수지 흡수재를 말아 그 양쪽 단부를 맞대어서 봉제하여 외부 라이닝재(15)의 관상 수지 흡수재(10)와 같은 관상 수지 흡수재로 형성된다.
또한, 관상 수지 흡수재(21)의 내주면에는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 나일론 또는 염화 비닐 등의 플라스틱 필름으로 이루어지는 이너 튜브(22)가 박리 가능하게 피착되어 그 내면이 보호된다. 이 이너 튜브(22)는 박리 가능하므로 관로가 갱생된 후 관 라이닝재로부터 박리되어 외부로 배제될 수 있다.
내부 라이닝재(20)는 반전에 의해 또는 인입에 의해 외부 라이닝재(15)에 삽입되어 외부 라이닝재(15)와 내부 라이닝재(20)의 2층 구조로 이루어지는 관 라이닝재(1)가 제작된다. 이와 같이 제작된 관 라이닝재(1)의 단면 구조가 도 4에 도시되어 있다.
또한, 외부 라이닝재(15)의 관상 수지 흡수재(10)와 내부 라이닝재(20)의 관상 수지 흡수재(21)에는 공지의 방법에 의해 광경화성 수지, 또는 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지가 함침되어 있다. 관상 수지 흡수재(21)에 함침되는 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지 각각의 특성은 관상 수지 흡수재(10)에 함침되는 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지와 같게 된다.
관 라이닝재(1)는 기설 관로 내에 인입에 의해 삽입된다. 이 때, 차광 필름(12)은 도 1(b), 도 3(도 4)에 나타낸 바와 같이, 관 라이닝재(1)의 외주면으로 되어 있다. 관 라이닝재(1)는 관로 내에서 압축 공기에 의해 원형으로 확경되어 차광성 필름(12)이 관로(도면에 나타내지 않음)의 내주면에 밀착되게 된다. 그 상태에서 관 라이닝재는 광 조사 장치에 의해 내부로부터 광 조사되고, 관상 수지 흡수재에 함침되어 있는 광경화성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지가 경화되어 관로의 내주면이 관 라이닝재에 의해 갱생된다.
본 발명의 관 라이닝재(1)에서는 1층 구조이거나 2층 구조이어도 관상 수지 흡수재의 외표면 전체가 열용착된 차광성 필름으로 피복되므로 차광성 필름은 관상 수지 흡수재에 대하여 위치가 어긋날 일이 없고, 관상 수지 흡수재에 함침된 광경화성 수지가 부주의하게 외광에 닿아 경화되어 버리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 차광성 필름은 폴리에틸렌 등의 고기밀성의 플라스틱 필름을 제조하는 과정에서 차광 안료를 상기 플라스틱 필름에 첨가함으로써 용이하게 얻어지므로 종래부터 행해지고 있었던 플라스틱 필름에 의한 피복 공정을 그대로 이용할 수 있고, 간단한 공정으로 차광성이 높고 또한 기밀성이 높은 관 라이닝재를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 관로 내에 삽입되어서 관로의 내주면을 갱생하기 위한 관 라이닝재로서:
    경화성 수지를 함침한 관상의 수지 흡수재; 및
    상기 관상의 수지 흡수재의 외표면에 열용착된 차광성 필름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 라이닝재.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 경화성 수지가 광경화성 수지, 또는 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 관 라이닝재.
  3. 관로 내에 삽입되어서 관로의 내주면을 갱생하기 위한 관 라이닝재로서:
    경화성 수지를 함침한 관상의 수지 흡수재의 외표면에 차광성 필름을 열용착해서 이루어지는 외부 라이닝재; 및
    상기 외부 라이닝재의 내주면에 밀착되어 경화성 수지를 함침한 관상의 수지 흡수재로 이루어지는 내부 라이닝재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 라이닝재.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 라이닝재의 수지 흡수재의 밀도가 상기 외부 라이닝재의 수지 흡수재보다 고밀도인 것을 특징으로 하는 관 라이닝재.
  5. 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 외부 라이닝재와 내부 라이닝재의 관상 수지 흡수재에 함침되는 상기 경화성 수지가 광경화성 수지, 또는 광경화성 수지와 열경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 관 라이닝재.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 차광성 필름은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 나일론 또는 염화 비닐 등의 플라스틱 필름을 제조할 때에 유기 안료를 첨가해서 착색함으로써 얻어지는 차광성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 관 라이닝재.
