c)第1の外側の管状箔を前記少なくとも1つの硬化性のまたは硬化可能な層の上に螺旋状に重ね合わせて、具体的には巻回マンドレルの使用によって巻回する工程において、前記第1の外側の管状箔が、両面に補強された少なくとも1つの第1のポリマー箔を備え、この補強層が樹脂で含浸される、工程。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの硬化性の層を用いて流体搬送配管設備を改修するためのライニングホースであって、前記少なくとも1つの硬化性の層が、少なくとも1つの樹脂含浸繊維帯(繊維リボン)と、第1の外側の管状箔であって、前記第1の外側の管状箔が、搬送される流体媒質に面する表面の反対側の表面上の前記硬化性の層の上に配設され、前記第1の外側の管状箔が両面に、溶接または積層によって前記箔に結合された補強要素を備え、かつその両面に樹脂が含浸されている、第1の外側の管状箔とを備えており、さらに搬送される流体媒質に面する前記硬化性の層の表面上に配設された内側の保護箔を備えていることを特徴とするライニングホース。
- 前記補強要素が不織布、フリース、織物、または粗紡糸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のライニングホース。
- 前記補強要素が積層不織布であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2のいずれか一項に記載のライニングホース。
- 補強されていてもよく補強されていなくてもよい追加の管状箔が存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のライニングホース。
- 両側が補強された前記第1の外側の管状箔が前記少なくとも1つの樹脂含浸繊維帯に面する表面上に追加の補強層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のライニングホース。
- 両面が補強された前記第1の外側の管状箔上に配置された追加の外側の管状箔を備えることを特徴とする請求項4ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のライニングホース。
- 請求項1に記載のライニングホースの製造プロセスであって、
a)少なくとも1つの内側の箔を提供する工程と、
b)樹脂で含浸された少なくとも1つの繊維帯を螺旋状に重ね合わせて巻回して前記少なくとも1つの内側の箔上に少なくとも1つの硬化性のまたは硬化する層を形成する工程と、
c)第1の外側の管状箔を前記少なくとも1つの硬化性の層の上に螺旋状に重ね合わせて巻回するおよび/または積層する工程において、前記第1の外側の管状箔が、両面に補強された、および溶接または積層によって前記箔に結合された少なくとも1つの第1のポリマー箔を備え、この補強層が樹脂で含浸される、ライニングホースの製造プロセス。 - 工程a)において管状の内側の箔が使用されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造プロセス。
- 工程b)、工程c)または両方の工程における巻回が巻回マンドレルによって行われることを特徴とする請求項7ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の製造プロセス。
- 流体搬送配管設備を改修するためのプロセスであって、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項によるライニングホースまたは請求項7〜9のいずれか一項により得られたライニングホースが使用されることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 前記流体搬送配管設備が廃水設備であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項によるライニングホースの少なくとも1つの硬化性の層または請求項7〜9のいずれか一項により得られたライニングホースの少なくとも1つの硬化性の層を硬化することによって得られるライニング管。
