Claims (10)
- 폴리락트산 수지를 주성분으로 하는 이축연신 생분해 필름에 있어서,L-락트산을 80 중량% 이상 함유하는 폴리락트산 수지를 포함하고;열풍오븐에서 100 ℃, 10 분간 수축시켰을 때의 양방향 수축률이 10 내지 50 %이며;스트레인-스트레스 곡선상에서 초기 탄성모듈러스가 50 내지 350 ㎏f/㎟ 이고;열풍수축터널에서 120 ℃, 10 초간 수축시킨 후의 필름의 신도 저하율(△E)이 0 내지 70 %인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생분해성 양방향 수축필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리락트산 수지 외에, 유리전이온도가 -80 내지 60 ℃인 지방족 또는 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 원료수지의 총중량 대비 1 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름이 5 ㎏f-㎝ 이상의 충격흡수에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름이 3.0 ㎏f/㎛ 이상의 엘멘도프 인열강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름이 30 % 이하의 헤이즈를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름.
- (1) L-락트산을 80 중량% 이상 함유하는 폴리락트산 수지를 주성분으로 하는 원료수지를 용융압출하는 단계;(2) 용융압출된 미연신 필름을 원료수지의 유리전이온도보다 0 내지 40 ℃ 높은 온도에서 종과 횡 방향으로 각각 2 내지 7 배 연신하는 단계;(3) 이축연신된 필름을 원료수지의 용융온도보다 50 내지 100 ℃ 낮은 온도에서 열고정시키는 단계; 및(4) 열고정된 필름에 대해 무이완 또는 정이완을 주면서 필름을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항의 생분해성 양방향 수축필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단계 (2)에서 종과 횡방향으로 각각 3 내지 5 배 이축연신하는 것을 특 징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단계 (1)의 원료수지가, 상기 폴리락트산 수지 외에, 유리전이온도가 -80 내지 60 ℃인 지방족 또는 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르 성분을 1 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단계 (2)의 연신공정을 0 내지 30 ℃의 캐스팅 롤에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 양방향 수축필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 생분해성 양방향 수축필름을 포함하는 포장재.
