Claims (7)
- 용기의 상부에 포집관과 결합되도록 포집관 결합부가 형성되는 반응용기; 및중간관, ∩자관, 및 포집관 덮개로 구성되는 포집관을 포함하여 구성하되,상기 중간관은 반응용기의 상부와 결합이 가능하도록 하부에 반응용기 결합부가 형성되고 상부에는 외측과 내측에 각각 ∩자관 결합부와 포집관 덮개 결합부가 형성되며, 상기 반응용기에서 발생한 기체가 상기 ∩자관으로 이동할 수 있도록 튜브가 형성되며, 상기 ∩자관은 ∩자 형상으로 하부에 상기 중간관의 ∩자관 결합부와 결합되도록 중간관 결합부가 형성되고, 상기 중간관 결합부의 상측에 일정크기의 구멍이 형성되며, 상기 포집관 덮개는 상기 ∩자관을 감싸도록 상기 중간관의 포집관 덮개 결합부와 결합되고, 상부에는 기체가 통과할 수 있는 가스배출구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반응용기의 재질은 테프론 , 석영 및 세라믹 중 어느 하나이며, 상기 포집관은 테프론 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해용기.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간관과 상기 반응용기와의 결합, 상기 중간관과 상기 ∩자관 및 상기 중간관과 상기 포집관 덥개의 결합이 나사결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해용기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 반응용기에는 상기 포집관 결합부의 말단에 연장되어 형성된 결합돌출부를 가지고, 상기 중간관은 나사결합의 상측으로 상기 결합돌출부와 대응하여 결합되는 결합홈을 포함하며, 상기 결합돌출부와 상기 결합홈의 사이에는 오링(O-ring)을 삽입하여 밀폐력을 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해용기.
- 청구항 제1항의 시료분해용기를 이용하여,상기 반응용기에 시료와 시료분해용액을 수용하는 시료 및 시료분해용액 수용단계;상기 반응용기와 상기 포집관을 결합하고, 상기 포집관에는 흡수용액을 수용하는 흡수용액 수용단계;상기 시료분해용기를 가열판 위에 올려 가열하는 가열단계; 및상기 시료가 반응용기에서 기화되어 포집관으로 이동하고, 포집관에서 공냉에 의해 응축되며, 응축된 용액은 반응용기의 압력강하로 다시 반응용기로 이동하는 것을 반복하여 시료가 분해되는 시료분해단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해 방법.
- 제5항의 시료분해방법에 있어서,상기 반응용기는 석영 또는 세라믹 재질로 이루어지며,상기 반응용기에 시료를 넣고, 500℃ ~ 600℃로 가열하여 시료를 회화하는 시료회화단계를 선행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해방법.
- 테프론 재질의 반응용기에 시료와 시료분해용액을 수용하고, 테프론 압력뚜껑을 결합하여 압력분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료분해방법.
