Abstract

중금속 분석을 위해 사용되는 원자흡광광도계(AAS), 유도결합 플라즈마(ICP)를 사용함에 있어서, 반드시 시료는 액체 상태로 도입되어야 하며, 이를 위해는 산에 의한 시료분해가 수행되어야 한다. 비이커에 의한 시료분해법, 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 분해법은 휘발원소의 손실, 많은 양의 산 사용, 유해가스배출, 시료 처리수 한계, 분해 시료량의 제한, 세척의 불편, 등이 문제시 되어왔다. 본 발명은 불소수지(테프론)또는 석영재질로 된 반응용기의 가열과 포집관의 공냉에 의한 기체응축을 이용하여 한번의 산 주입으로 많은 양의 시료 처리할 수 있고 분석시료가 많은 곳에서도 대량으로 처리 할 수 있으며, 기존의 가열판을 이용하여 처리할 수 있으므로 저렴한 비용으로 활용할 수 있다. 분해시 발생하는 유독가스나 휘발원소는 흡수관에 응축되므로 부식방지와 더 좋은 데이터 수치를 얻을 수 있다. 분해에 사용되는 시약절감은 물론 시약농축에서 오는 시료오염문제도 해결하였다. 또한 분해중 발생하는 유독가스에 의한 대기오염문제도 해결하였다.
