Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 A로 표시되는 시아닌 화합물 및 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 스쿠아릴륨(squarylium) 화합물을 포함하는 광 기록용 재료:화학식 A화학식 I상기 화학식들에서,Ra, Rb, Rc 및 Rd는 독립적으로 수소 원자, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아랄킬기를 나타내고;R1 및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 또는 서로 상이할 수 있으며, 각각 치환기를 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아랄킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 복소환 기를 나타내며;Q는 배위능을 갖는 금속 원자를 나타내고;q는 2 또는 3의 정수이며;R3 및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 또는 서로 상이할 수 있으며, 각각 치환기를 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아랄킬기 또는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아릴기를 나타내고, R3 및 R4는 서로 결합하여 지환식 탄화수소 고리 또는 복소환 고리를 형성할 수 있고;R5는 수소 원자, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아랄킬기 또는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아릴기를 나타내며;R6은 수소 원자, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아랄킬기, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아릴기, 니트로기, 시아노기 또는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 알콕시기를 나타내고;p는 0 내지 4의 정수이며, 여기서 p가 2 내지 4의 정수인 경우, 각각의 R6은 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 또한 2개의 인접 R6은 2개의 인접 탄소 원자에 결합하여 치환기를 가질 수 있는 방향족 고리를 형성할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시아닌 화합물(A)과 스쿠아릴륨 화합물(I)의 혼합 비율(A/I)은 중량 비로 10/90 내지 70/30인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q는 알루미늄인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1은 페닐기이고, R2는 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환 알킬기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, R2는 트리플루오로메틸기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, R2는 분지쇄를 갖는 알킬기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, R2는 이소프로필기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3 및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 또는 서로 상이할 수 있고, 각각 치환기를 가질 수 있는 벤질기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R5는 벤질기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R6은 벤젠 고리와 함께 형성된 나프틸기인 것인 광 기록용 재료.
- 기판, 및상기 기판 상에 형성된, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 광 기록용 재료를 포함하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기록층은 포르마잔(formazan) 킬레이트 화합물을 더 포함하는 것인 광 기록 매체.
- 제11항의 광 기록 매체에 580 내지 720 ㎚의 기록 파장을 갖는 레이저 광을 기판 표면측에서 조사하여 신호 정보의 기록 및 재생 중 어느 하나를 수행하는 것을 포함하는, 광 기록 매체의 기록 재생 방법.
