Claims (6)
- 차량에 탑재된 내연 기관과,해당 내연 기관으로부터의 구동력을 단접하는 노멀 오픈의 습식 클러치 및 해당 클러치와 연결되어 있고 싱크로나이즈 기구의 맞물림에 의해 소정의 변속단을 달성하는 기어군을 갖는 변속기와,상기 내연 기관으로부터의 구동력이 구동륜에 전달되는 것을 차단하는 구동력 차단 위치를, 수동 조작에 의해 선택 가능한 시프트 레버와,상기 내연 기관의 제어를 행하는 것으로서, 제어 정지 신호를 받은 때에는 해당 내연 기관을 정지시키는 내연 기관 제어 수단과,상기 내연 기관에 구동되는 동력원에 의해 작동하는 액추에이터를 통하여 상기 클러치 및 상기 싱크로나이즈 기구를 제어하는 것이고, 상기 시프트 레버가 구동력 차단 위치에 있는 경우는, 상기 클러치를 개방시킴과 함께 상기 기어군에는 소정의 변속단을 달성시키도록 상기 싱크로나이즈 기구를 맞물림 작동시키는 한편, 제어 정지 신호를 받은 때에는 상기 소정의 변속단으로부터 상기 싱크로나이즈 기구의 맞물림을 해제한 후, 제어를 종료하는 변속기 제어 수단과,상기 차량의 이그니션 스위치가 오프로 전환된 것을 검출한 때, 상기 변속기 제어 수단에 정지 신호를 발신하고, 해당 변속기 제어 수단에의 제어 정지 신호의 발신으로부터 상기 변속기의 싱크로나이즈 기구의 맞물림을 해제한 후에 상기 엔진 제어 수단에 제어 정지 신호를 발신하는 제어 정지 신호 제어 수단을 구비하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변속기는, 상기 클러치와 상기 기어군을 2계통 갖는 더블 클러치식 변속기이고, 상기 변속기 제어 수단은 상기 시프트 레버가 구동력 차단 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 각 클러치를 개방시킴과 함께 상기 각 기어군에는 소정의 변속단을 달성시키도록 상기 싱크로나이즈 기구를 맞물림 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어 정지 신호 제어 수단은, 상기 차량의 이그니션 스위치가 오프로 전환된 것을 검출한 때, 상기 변속기 제어 수단에 제어 정지 신호를 발신하고, 해당 변속기 제어 수단에의 제어 정지 신호의 발신으로부터 상기 변속기의 싱크로나이즈 기구의 맞물림을 해제 가능한 소정 시간 후에 상기 엔진 제어 수단에 제어 정지 신호를 발신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제어 정지 신호 제어 수단은, 상기 차량의 외기 온도에 따라 상기 소정 시간을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 4에 있어서,상기 소정 시간은, 외기 온도는 낮을수록 길게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,변속기 제어 수단은, 제어 정지 신호를 받은 때에 상기 소정의 변속단으로부터 상기 싱크로나이즈 기구의 맞물림을 해제한 후, 싱크로나이즈 해제 신호를 발신하고,상기 제어 정지 신호 제어 수단은, 상기 변속기 제어 수단에 제어 정지 신호를 발신하고, 상기 변속기의 싱크로나이즈 기구의 맞물림을 해제한 후에 상기 변속기 제어 수단이 발신하는 싱크로나이즈 해제 신호를 검지한 후에 상기 엔진 제어 수단에 제어 정지 신호를 발신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
