Claims (16)
- 산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 산화란타늄 및 이트륨, 가돌리늄 및 사마륨에서 선택된 다른 희토류 금속의 산화물로 본질적으로 구성되고, 하기 특성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 1000 ℃에서 4시간 동안 하소 후 40 m2/g 이상의 비표면;- 1150 ℃에서 10시간 동안 하소 후 15 m2/g 이상의 비표면;- 1200 ℃에서 10시간 동안 하소 후 7 m2/g 이상의 비표면;- 15% 이상의 산화란타늄 및 다른 희토류 금속 산화물 함량.
- 산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 산화란타늄 및 이트륨, 가돌리늄 및 사마륨에서 선택된 다른 희토류 금속의 산화물로 본질적으로 구성되고, 하기 특성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 1000 ℃에서 4시간 동안 하소 후 40 m2/g 이상의 비표면;- 1150 ℃에서 10시간 동안 하소 후 15 m2/g 이상의 비표면; 하소 결과 조성물은 순수한 고체 용액의 형태임;- 1200 ℃에서 10시간 동안 하소 후 5 m2/g 이상의 비표면;- 15% 이상의 산화란타늄 및 다른 희토류 금속 산화물 함량.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1200 ℃에서 10시간 동안 하소 후 비표면이 7 m2/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1000 ℃에서 4시간 동안 하소 후 비표면이 45 m2/g 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1000 ℃에서 4시간 동안 하소 후 비표면이 50 m2/g 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1200 ℃에서 10시간 동안 하소 후 비표면이 10 m2/g 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화란타늄 및 다른 희토류 금속의 산화물 함량이 15% 내지 35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.5 이하, 더 특히 1 이하의 산 화란타늄 중량/다른 희토류 금속의 산화물 중량비로 란타늄 및 다른 희토류 금속 함량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세륨의 함량이 10% 내지 60%, 더욱 특히 20% 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 900 ℃에서 4시간 동안 하소된 조성물에 대해 측정된 환원도가 80% 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 900 ℃에서 4시간 동안 하소된 조성물에 대해 측정된 환원도가 85% 이상 및 더욱 특히 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- - (a) 액체 매질에서 지르코늄 화합물, 세륨 화합물, 란타늄 화합물 및 다른 희토류 금속 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;- (b) 상기 혼합물을 염기성 화합물과 접촉시켜 침전물을 얻는 단계;- (c) 상기 침전물을 액체 매질에서 가열하는 단계;- (d) 이전 단계에서 얻어진 침전물에 음이온성 계면활성제, 비이온성 계면활성제, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 카르복실산 및 그의 염, 및 지방 알콜의 카르복시메틸화 에톡실레이트 유형의 계면활성제로부터 선택된 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계;- (e) 단계 (d)에 따라 얻어진 침전물을 세척하는 단계;- (f) 얻어진 침전물을 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 제조 방법.
- - (a') 수성 매질에서 지르코늄 화합물, 세륨 화합물, 란타늄 화합물 및 다른 희토류 금속 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;- (b') 상기 혼합물을 염기성 화합물과 접촉시켜 침전물을 얻는 단계;- (c') 상기 침전물을 액체 매질에서 가열하는 단계;- (d') 이전 단계에서 얻어진 침전물에 음이온성 계면활성제, 비이온성 계면활성제, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 카르복실산 및 그의 염, 및 지방 알콜의 카르복시메틸화 에톡실레이트 유형의 계면활성제로부터 선택된 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계;- (e') 단계 (d')에 따라 얻어진 침전물을 세척하는 단계;- (f') 얻어진 침전물을 불활성 기체 또는 진공 하에서 첫번째 하소시키고 이어서 산화 분위기 하에서 두번째 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제10항 또는 제11항의 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 단계 (c) 또는 단계 (c') 침전물의 가열을 100 ℃이상의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 기재로 하는 코팅을 포함하는 촉매계.
- 촉매로서 제15항의 촉매계 또는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관으로부터의 배기가스를 처리하는 방법.
