Claims (10)
- 복수 종류의 플라스틱의 혼합물이며, 또한, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 수지를 합계 50 질량% 이상 포함하는 폐플라스틱을 노즐로부터 압출하는 성형 장치 내에서 180 내지 260℃의 온도로 하고, 또한, 장치 내의 가스를 흡인한 상태로부터, 노즐로부터 압출함으로써 압축 성형한 후에, 이를 절단하여 수냉 장치에 넣어서 냉각하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱 성형 방법.
- 복수 종류의 플라스틱의 혼합물이며, 또한 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 수지를 합계 50% 이상 포함하는 폐플라스틱을 노즐로부터 압출하는 성형 장치 내에서 180 내지 260℃의 온도로 하고, 또한, 장치 내의 가스를 흡인한 상태로부터 직경이 15 내지 60 ㎜의 노즐로부터 압출함으로써 압축 성형한 후에, 이를 절단하여 3초 이내에 수냉 장치에 넣어 냉각하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 복수 종류의 플라스틱이며, 또한, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 수지를 합계로 50% 이상 포함하는 폐플라스틱으로서, 또한 함유 염소 질량으로 5% 이하의 비율로 염소 함유 플라스틱을 포함하고 있는 폐플라스틱을 0.1 내지 0.35 기압으로 감압하고 있는 배 기 장치로 가스 흡인하고, 당해 상태로부터 폐플라스틱을 노즐로부터 압출함으로써 압축 성형하고, 이를 냉각 장치에 넣어 냉각하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 노즐로부터 압출된 전부 또는 일부가 용융되어 있는 폐플라스틱 덩어리를 수냉 장치에서, 수냉을 개시하고 나서 2초 이내에 표면 온도를 80℃ 이하로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 성형 방법.
- 단일의 압입 스크류를 구비하고, 또한 2 내지 8개의 노즐을 배치하는 성형 장치로서, 노즐 지름의 합계(노즐 지름×개수)를 압입 스크류의 외주 길이의 1/4 이하가 되는 장치를 사용하여, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법으로 폐플라스틱을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 성형 방법.
- 한 쌍의 압입 스크류를 구비하고, 또한 2 내지 8개의 노즐을 배치하는 성형 장치로서, 노즐 지름의 합계(노즐 지름×개수)를 압입 스크류의 외주 길이 합계의 1/6 이하가 되는 장치를 사용하여, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법으로 폐플라스틱을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 성형 방법.
- 표면으로부터 내부로 뚫린 구멍 또는 균열이 없고, 또한, 겉보기 밀도가 0.85 내지 1.1 g/㎤이며, 체적이 6000 내지 20OOOO ㎣인 플라스틱 입상물을 석탄에 혼합하여 코크스로에서 건류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 열분해 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 플라스틱 입상물의 내부에 존재하는 기공의 단독의 최대 길이가 이 플라스틱 입상물의 용적의 1/3승의 값 이하이며, 또한, 이 기공의 단독 용적이 이 플라스틱 입상물의 용적의 10% 이하인, 플라스틱 입상물을 석탄에 혼합하여 코크스로에서 건류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 열분해 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 성형 방법으로 제조된 플라스틱 입상물을 석탄에 혼합하여 코크스로에서 건류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 열분해 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 입상물의 석탄에 대한 혼합 비율을 5 질량% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱 열분해 방법.
