Claims (8)
- 제1항에 있어서, R은 1-t-부틸-디메틸실릴, 이소프로필-디메틸실릴 및 트리이소프로필실릴에서 선택되는 것인 용도.
- 폴리-3-히드록시부티레이트 P(3HB)를 사용하는 것에 의한 상기 정의된 바의 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법으로서,(a) P(3HB)를 분해 및 보호하여 (3R)-3-RO-CH(CH3)CH2COOCH3을 얻는 단계;(b) (3R)-3-RO-CH(CH3)CH2COOCH3을 환원시켜 (3R)-3-RO-CH(CH3)CH2CHO를 얻는 단계;(c) (3R)-3-RO-CH(CH3)CH2CHO를 엔올화한 후, 클로로설포닐 이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 최종적으로 환원에 의해 최종 생성물을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계 (a)는 P(3HB)를 무수 메탄올 및 황산과 함께 환류시키고 후 처리하여 초기 생성물을 얻은 후, 치환성 메틸실릴 클로라이드와 반응시키는 것인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 환류는 3 일 동안 지속하는 것인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, (3R)-3-RO-CH(CH3)CH2COOCH3은 (3R)-3-t-부틸-디메틸실록시 메틸 부티레이트인 것인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서 엔올화 절차는 가열 환류에 의해 (3R)-3-RO-CH(CH3)CH2CHO를 이소프로페닐 아세테이트 및 p-톨루엔설폰산과 반응시키는 것인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에 사용되는 환원제는 아황산나트륨인 것인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법.
