Claims (16)
- 제1 금속 클램핑 표면;제2 금속 클램핑 표면; 그리고상기 제1 클램핑 표면과 상기 제2 클램핑 표면을 서로 대향되도록 조이기 위한 클램핑 부재를 포함하며,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 미세돌출부와 미세함몰부를 가지는 경화된 미세 표면구조를 형성하고 상기 제2 클램핑 표면은 상기 제1 클램핑 표면보다 낮은 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 클램핑 표면은 상기 제1 클램핑 표면보다 낮은 표면거칠기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 10~100 마이크로미터(㎛) 범위의 평균 거칠기 깊이(Rz)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 미세돌출부와 미세함몰부들은 표면거칠기를 증가시키는 표면처리에 의 하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 미세돌출부와 미세함몰부들은 샌드-블라스팅(sand-blasting), 숏-블라스팅(short-blasting), 엠보싱(embossing) 중의 어느 하나에 의하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 클램핑 표면으로 구성된 마찰표면 쌍은 0.2 ~ 0.5 범위의 마찰계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 큰 표면 거칠기를 가지는 미세돌출부들과 미세함몰부들을 가지는 섹션(section)들과, 낮은 표면거칠기를 가지는 섹션(section)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 표면처리된 섹션(section)들과 표면처리되지 않은 섹션(section)들을 포함하며, 상기 표면처리된 섹션(section)은 상기 표면처리되지 않은 섹션(section)보다 더 큰 표면 거칠기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼 워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 전체적으로 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 클램핑 연결체는 해제가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제10한 중 한 항에 따른 클램핑 연결체;제1 플랜지;제2 플랜지;상기 제2 플랜지를 상기 제1 플랜지에 고정시키기 위하여 배치된 하나 이상의 클램핑 슬리브(clamping sleeve)들과 클램핑 부재들을 포함하며,상기 클램핑 슬리브(clamping sleeve)들은 압력끼워맞춤 방식으로 상기 제1 플랜지에 대향하는 끝단에 죄어질 수 있고 지지압에 의하여 상기 제2 플랜지에 맞물린 상태에 있으며,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 각각의 경우에 있어서 상기 클램핑 슬리브(clamping sleeve)들의 끝단에 형성되고, 상기 제2 클램핑 표면은 상기 제1 플랜지에 형성되 는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 연결체.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제2 플랜지는 상기 클램핑 슬리브(clamping sleeve)들에 끈끈하게 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 연결체.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 클램핑 슬리브(clamping sleeve)들은 각각의 경우에 테이퍼진 연장부를 가지며, 상기 연장부는 상기 제2 플랜지의 대응 홀 개구부까지 연장되며, 상기 연장부의 축방향 길이는 상기 홀 개구부의 깊이보다 조금 크거나 동일하며, 상기 제1 플랜지에 대한 임의 축 보정은 접착성의 재료에 의하여 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 연결체.
- 제1 금속 클램핑 표면, 제2 금속 클램핑 표면, 그리고 상기 제1 클램핑 표면과 상기 제2 클램핑 표면을 서로 대향되도록 조이기 위한 클램핑 부재를 갖는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 우선적으로 상기 제1 클램핑표면이 형성되고,다음으로 상기 제1 클램핑 표면 위에 미세돌출부와 미세함몰부를 형성하기 위하여 표면 거칠기를 증가시키는 기계적 표면처리가 수행되고,다음으로 생성된 미세돌출부와 미세함몰부가 표면경화에 의하여 고정되는 과 정을 포함하며, 상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 상기 제2 클램핑 표면보다 더 큰 표면 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체 제작방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 표면경화 공정 전에 샌드-블라스팅(sand-blasting), 숏-블라스팅(shot-blasting), 엠보싱(embossing) 중의 하나에 의하여 표면처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체 제작방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1 클램핑 표면은 상기 표면처리 공정 전에 포밍(forming) 또는 커팅 가공공정에 의하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 끼워맞춤형 클램핑 연결체 제작방법.
