Claims (10)
- 복소 IQ 변조 신호(complex IQ modulation signal), ASK/AM 변조 신호, FSK/FM 변조 신호를 수신하기 위한 통합형 라디오 수신 장치(integrated radio receiver device)로서,제1단 하향-변환 혼합기(first stage down-conversion mixer)(122);상기 제1단 하향-변환 혼합기의 출력에 접속되고, 수신된 ASK/AM 변조 신호들로부터 복조된 ASK/AM 출력을 제공하는 AM 검출기; 및상기 제1단 하향-변환 혼합기의 상기 출력에 접속되고, 수신된 FSK/FM 변조 신호들로부터 복조된 FSK/FM 출력을 제공하는 FM 검출기를 포함하고,상기 장치는, 상기 제1단 하향-변환 혼합기의 상기 출력에 접속되고, 수신된 복소 IQ 변조 신호들로부터 복조된 I-채널 출력 및 Q-채널 출력을 제공하는 IQ 하향-변환기를 더 포함하며, 상기 AM 검출기의 상기 출력은 상기 I-채널 출력 또는 Q-채널 출력 중의 하나와 함께 기저대역 증폭기 및 필터로 다중화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 라디오 수신 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 FM 검출기의 상기 출력은 상기 I-채널 출력 또는 Q-채널 출력 중의 하나와 함께 기저대역 증폭기 및 필터로 다중화될 수 있는, 수신기.
- 제2항에 있어서,동시에 수신된 ASK/AM 및 FSK/FM 신호들에 대하여, 상기 AM은 AM 복조를 제공하고 상기 FM 검출기는 FM 복조를 제공하는, 수신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저대역 증폭기는 3단 제한 증폭기(three-stage limiting amplifier)인, 수신기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 기저대역 증폭기는포지티브 및 네거티브 차동 입력들 각각에 접속된 제1 입력 트랜지스터 쌍(Q1, Q3); 및상기 포지티브 및 네거티브 차동 입력들 각각에 접속된 제2 입력 트랜지스터 쌍(Q2, Q4)을 포함하고,상기 제1 입력 트랜지스터 쌍은 저항(R3)으로 부궤환되어(degenerated) 상기 증폭기의 상기 차동 입력들로부터 상기 증폭기의 차동 출력들로의 저-이득, 선형 경로를 제공하며, 상기 제2 트랜지스터 쌍은 저항으로 부궤환되지 않아 상기 증폭기의 상기 차동 입력들로부터 상기 증폭기의 차동 출력들로의 고-이득 경로를 제공 하는, 수신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,90도 위상 편이(90 degree phase shift)를 갖는 판별 필터(discriminator filter)(129)를 더 포함하고, 상기 필터는 차동 필터이며 상기 수신기의 IF 주파수에 중심이 맞추어진, 수신기.
- 수신기로서,제1단 하향-변환 혼합기(2); 및제2 혼합기(24, 26) 및 상기 제2 혼합기의 LO-입력 신호 경로의 증폭기(21, 28) - 상기 제2 혼합기의 LO-입력 신호 경로의 상기 증폭기는 상기 혼합기의 LO-입력에 대해 고-이득 경로를 제공함 - 를 포함하는 검출기를 포함하고,상기 검출기는 상기 제2 혼합기의 RF-입력 신호 경로의 증폭기(20, 27) - 상기 제2 혼합기의 RF-입력 신호 경로의 상기 증폭기(20, 27)는 상기 혼합기의 RF-입력에 대해 저-이득, 선형 경로를 제공함 - 를 더 포함하며, 상기 양측 증폭기는 매칭된 지연(matched delays)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수신기.
