Claims (4)
- 규사 및 붕소원을 함유하는 유리 원료를 용융하고, 성형하는 무알칼리 유리의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 붕소원으로서, 무수 붕산을 붕소원 100 질량% (B2O3 환산) 중에서 10 ∼ 100 질량% (B2O3 환산) 함유하는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무알칼리 유리의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 원료로서, 산화물 기준의 질량 백분율 표시로 하기 조성 (1) 을 갖는 무알칼리 유리가 되는 조성을 갖는 유리 원료를 사용하는 무알칼리 유리의 제조 방법.SiO2 : 50 ∼ 66 질량%, Al2O3 : 10.5 ∼ 22 질량%, B2O3 : 5 ∼ 12 질량%, MgO : 0 ∼ 8 질량%, CaO : 0 ∼ 14.5 질량%, SrO : 0 ∼ 24 질량%, BaO : 0 ∼ 13.5 질량%, MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO : 9 ∼ 29.5 질량% … (1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 원료로서, 산화물 기준의 질량 백분율 표시로 하기 조성 (2) 를 갖는 무알칼리 유리가 되는 조성을 갖는 유리 원료를 사용하는 무알칼리 유리의 제 조 방법.SiO2 : 58 ∼ 66 질량%, Al2O3 : 15 ∼ 22 질량%, B2O3 : 5 ∼ 12 질량%, MgO : 0 ∼ 8 질량%, CaO : 0 ∼ 9 질량%, SrO : 3 ∼ 12.5 질량%, BaO : 0 ∼ 2 질량%, MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO : 9 ∼ 18 질량% … (2).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 원료로서, 산화물 기준의 질량 백분율 표시로 하기 조성 (3) 을 갖는 무알칼리 유리가 되는 조성을 갖는 유리 원료를 사용하는 무알칼리 유리의 제조 방법.SiO2 : 50 ∼ 61.5 질량%, Al2O3 : 10.5 ∼ 18 질량%, B2O3 : 7 ∼ 10 질량%, MgO : 2 ∼ 5 질량%, CaO : 0 ∼ 14.5 질량%, SrO : 0 ∼ 24 질량%, BaO : 0 ∼ 13.5 질량%, MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO : 16 ∼ 29.5 질량% … (3).
