Claims (11)
- 디젤 엔진과,상기 디젤 엔진으로의 흡기 공기의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 스로틀 밸브와,배기 가스가 상기 디젤 엔진의 배기 포트로부터 흡기 포트로 재순환되는 EGR(배기 가스 재순환) 경로와,상기 배기 가스의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 EGR 밸브와,상기 디젤 엔진의 부하가 증가되는 경우 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되고 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되도록 상기 스로틀 밸브 및 상기 EGR 밸브를 제어하도록 구성되는 제어기를 포함하며,상기 제어기는 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 제1 소정 유지 시간 동안에 일정하게 유지된 후에 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되도록 상기 EGR 밸브를 제어하도록 구성되는 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 제2 소정 유지 시간 동안에 일정하게 유지된 후에 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되도록 상기 스로틀 밸브를 제어하도록 구성되는 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유지 시간은 1 초 내지 5 초인 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 유지 시간은 1 초 내지 5 초인 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡기 공기의 유동 속도를 측정하도록 구성되는 공기 유량계를 더 포함하며,상기 제어기는 상기 부하로부터 상기 흡기 공기의 유동 속도의 원하는 수치를 결정하고 상기 원하는 수치와 상기 공기 유량계에 의해 얻어진 상기 흡기 공기의 유동 속도의 측정된 수치 사이의 오차를 기초로 하여 피드백 제어를 통해 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방 및 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방을 결정하도록 구성되는 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 상기 오차를 기초로 하여 PID(비례-적분-미분) 또는 PI(비례-적분) 제어를 통해 제1 제어 파라미터를 결정하고, 상기 제1 제어 파라미터에 지연 로직을 적용함으로써 제2 제어 파라미터를 결정하고, 상기 제2 제어 파라미터에 포화 연산을 적용함으로써 제3 제어 파라미터를 결정하고, 그리고 상기 제3 제어 파라미터로부터 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방 및 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방을 결정하도록 구성되며,상기 지연 로직은 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되는 경우 상기 제2 제어 파라미터가 상기 제1 유지 시간 동안에 유지되도록 정의되고,상기 제어기는 상기 PID 또는 PI 제어에 대한 누적-방지 상관 관계를 실행하 도록 구성되고,상기 누적-방지 상관 관계는 상기 제1 제어 파라미터와 상기 제3 제어 파라미터 사이의 차이를 기초로 하여 실행되는 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 상기 부하를 기초로 하여 피드포워드 제어를 통해 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방 및 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방을 결정하도록 구성되는 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유지 시간은 1 초 내지 10 초인 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 디젤 엔진과,상기 디젤 엔진으로의 흡기 공기의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 스로틀 밸브와,상기 배기 가스가 상기 디젤 엔진의 배기 포트로부터 흡기 포트로 재순환되는 EGR(배기 가스 재순환) 경로와,상기 배기 가스의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 EGR 밸브와,디젤 엔진의 부하가 증가되는 경우 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되고 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되도록 상기 스로틀 밸브 및 상기 EGR 밸브를 제어하도록 구성되는 제어기를 포함하며,상기 제어기는 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 소정 유지 시간 동안에 일정하게 유지된 후에 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되도록 상기 스로틀 밸브를 제어하도록 구성되는 디젤 엔진 시스템.
- 디젤 엔진, 상기 디젤 엔진으로의 흡기 공기의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 스로틀 밸브, 배기 가스가 상기 디젤 엔진의 배기 포트로부터 흡기 포트로 재순환되는 EGR(배기 가스 재순환) 경로 및 상기 배기 가스의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 EGR 밸브를 포함하는 디젤 엔진 시스템의 제어 방법이며,상기 디젤 엔진의 부하가 증가되는 경우 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되고 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되도록 상기 스로틀 밸브 및 상기 EGR 밸브를 제어하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 EGR 밸브를 제어하는 단계는 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 소정 유지 시간 동안에 일정하게 유지된 후에 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되도록 실행되는 디젤 엔진 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 디젤 엔진, 상기 디젤 엔진으로의 흡기 공기의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 스로틀 밸브, 배기 가스가 상기 디젤 엔진의 배기 포트로부터 흡기 포트로 재순환되는 EGR(배기 가스 재순환) 경로 및 상기 배기 가스의 유동 속도를 제어하도록 구성되는 EGR 밸브를 포함하는 디젤 엔진 시스템의 제어 방법이며,상기 디젤 엔진의 부하가 증가되는 경우 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되 고 상기 EGR 밸브의 개방이 증가되도록 상기 스로틀 밸브 및 상기 EGR 밸브를 제어하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 스로틀 밸브를 제어하는 단계는 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 소정 유지 시간 동안에 일정하게 유지된 후에 상기 스로틀 밸브의 개방이 감소되도록 실행되는 디젤 엔진 시스템의 제어 방법.
